Nice basic park convenient to the Dells and Baraboo. Rate is monthly. Satellite may be difficult. Wifi is good. Staff friendly and helpful. The laundry is very clean and roomy. 4 washers, 4 dryers. Small store with some basic parts, sodas and ice cream. Walmart 1/4 mile away. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Jose's Authentic Mexican Cuisine in Baraboo was very good. Walmart is only 1/4 mile from the park. There is a Dog day care nearby, the Pet Retreat. Our dog loved it while we toured around.

Park is nicely laid out in a circle. Outer circle sites are not very level. Large gravel sites with grass area. No cable, wifi OK. Great location for Wisconsin Dells area. Friendly staff but did not try very hard to accommodate us for a site where our satellite dish would work. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park is clean and nice, all hookups worked good. Wifi also worked good. The park is laid out in a unique circular pattern. It is quite and relaxing and very convenient to the Dells. It could use a little bit of fresh gravel on most sites. I would stay here again. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a no frills, quiet little campground convenient to I-90/94. We drive a 45ft MH with tow and were able to navigate into, around, and out of the park with careful driving. We originally planned to stay one night but ended up staying a week as they could accommodate us over July 4 weekend. Internal sites and roads are gravel with grass between. Sites are reasonably spaced with some larger than others. Placement of utilities varies from site to site so each configuration is a bit different and some more convenient than others. Our sewer connection was toward the middle with water and electric on the end. The campground has a bit of a slope throughout but most sites are level enough, a few have a bit more of a slant but rigs on those sites seemed to manage. The campground owners are very helpful and friendly with lots of tips on how to enjoy Wisconsin Dells. There are no amenities to speak of but we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We did not use the restrooms so cannot comment on that and there is no cable. Wifi was reasonable for light internet surfing. Most sites have high tree cover and we were unable to get satellite and just a few OTA stations. We would return to this campground if in the area. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

There are many local state parks and bike trails within easy distance to the campground. Wisconsin Dells very busy over the weekend so we tended to stay away until the crowds dwindled a bit.

We love this campground. Its geared towards older kids, kids (Adults) who are looking for a very quiet place to camp and relax. This doesn't have a pool or a very well stocked campground store but with a super Walmart just down the street that's no big deal. The pull-through sites are level and wide allowing room for the largest of RV's. We arrived after their closing time but a caretaker came right out on his golf cart and led us to our site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being a motorhome/travel trailer/ 5th wheel campground, they do not allow tents. Kids under 18 MUST be escorted by an adult if they venture away from their assigned campsite. This aids in the quiet reputation of this campground. Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash and their owners pick up after them. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Although it lacks some features like a swimming pool and dog park, Country Roads a a very nice park with level sites. The restrooms and showers are spotless. Utilities function well and the WiFi is acceptable in this clean quite park. With a friendly staff, this circular designed park is great for visiting the Dells. We would stay here again. It was a nice place to stay. Had a shuttle to the casino if your into that thing. They also had some music later at night in the pavilion. If your looking for relaxing quiet this might not be the place. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Well-maintained, quiet park; catering to the over-55 age group and their pets. Roomy, gravel sites. Nice, clean laundry room. Open grassy areas and a nature trail for dogs and their owners. Close to Wal-Mart and the Dells, yet has a quiet country atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A very nice quiet park. Highly recommend for staying in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet! The let us wash our rig while we were there and that was very nice. Will definitely come back again! I did not try the WiFi, as my Verizon MiFi had great speeds while here. I was also able to get a great satellite signal. We stayed for an overnight in a 39'coach with toad. Very close to I-94/90 with easy access but no road noise. Very friendly owners who were easy to get along with even though we arrived about 9PM. They directed us straight to the site and just told us to come to the office in the morning and pay. Our site was fairly level and a tree blocked our satellite. However, lots of channels on TV. Some sites were less level. Decent spacing, but not great. Full hookups and the water tasted fine. Good ATT and Verizon reception. This location advertises as an adult park, with no amenities for the kids. Kids are expected to be kept on a tight leash and they would just as soon campers with kids look to the Yogi Bear type parks which are in abundance in the area. Works for me! Adult does not mean get crazy wild and drunk. Very well maintained. I watched the owner mow the same area 3 times, and it didn't need mowing to begin with. We will definitely visit again and would gladly utilize this for either a base for local exploration or as an overnight. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This campground is for 'older kids' they say. Our site was long and mostly level, the campground is neat and clean. However I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated regarding our satellite.

Site number 16 is not good for satellite, there were plenty of empty sites around us but they argued with us about moving. However later, a longer RV without satellite was parked in a perfect spot that they wouldn't give to us. Their explanation was that they were full. It wasn't like I was an extra customer that they had to find room for. I was already here. All they had to do was move us and it would've been the same amount of coaches!!! Won't be back! We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Plenty of room for our 42' motorhome with 24' trailer attached. Our site was level, spacious and easy to maneuver into. This is a lovely, shady, peaceful campground - close enough to the many nearby attractions without the traffic and noise. We enjoyed our weeklong stay here and plan to return for another stay when we are through this area again. Very clean laundry at good price. Lots of nice, friendly folks here - be sure to join them for Sunday Game night. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 3 years ago and thought this was a decent, but boring park for a good price. Other area parks are still charging high summer rates until after Labor Day. We had a level, gravel, FHU, pull-through in the inner circle that was satellite friendly. The 802.11 network was OK and we had no trouble e-mailing or browsing. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are no recreational facilities here and that is why it appeals to the oldies. We are over 145 between us and find this a bit too quiet. The laundry and bathroom facilities are clean and the staff was friendly. I saw no sign of any recycling. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

.This is a very nice RV park, well laid out, with a good laundry facility, basic but clean bathrooms, and good sized pull-through sites. Our understanding was that it originated in the '70s, and I think most of the infrastructure is original, as we had a weak 50 amp breaker on our first site that failed twice. But the owners allowed us to move to another site, and we spent a pleasant week with no more issues. But even with a serviceable electric connection, the grid struggles to keep up with the demands of a lot of big rigs simultaneously, so we were asked to run our water heater and fridge on LP, and to only use one AC. (We have been asked the same thing at other parks in the past, and understand the reasoning, so we didn't mind.) The water pressure and quality were quite good though, and the sewer connection was convenient and worked well.
So notwithstanding the electrical challenges, we found our stay here quite pleasant and would stay here again. We camped at Country Roads Motorhome & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a Walmart and several other stores and restaurants right across the road from the campground. There's also a nice outlet mall in town. If you're looking for an enjoyable, non-chain restaurant meal, we highly recommend Donnie's in nearby Reedsburg. They have an excellent salad bar that is included with all their entrees, and a fish fry with all you can eat Cod or Halibut on Fridays.
