2 Parks near Menomonie, Wisconsin
Aug 2015 - $28.00
We stopped here for an overnight stay. I have a large RV and truck. When I called I asked for a pull through. When we arrived they had a pull through. The Host was very friendly and walked me to the site before I pull around to the site. It looked very tight but looked doable. I made it in but was very tight for the slide out. Close to trees on both sides. There are site of various size so call and ask if they can accommodate your rig. Not a large park and there are several seasonal sites. - Eagle-Eye

We stayed with a 40' RV pulling our 16' trailer and had plenty of room even enough to drop the trailer gate to unload the bike. Some sites are smaller but when you book online it describes each site: how long it is and if it is shaded, so when you book a site with shade online, you should expect trees and no tv reception. Check with the owners if you have special requests for a certain site, they were very helpful to us! - fifthwheelcamper

This rating is miss leading, as this camp, in my mind, is for tenters and smaller trailers and 5th wheels. Sites are right next to each other, to the point that we did not have room to put out our awning. Our site had no sewer hookup, and had overhanging pine trees that swung across our roof. We were there only because it was the only campground we could find with in a fifty mile radius to spend the 4th of July weekend.
The camp for smaller units and tent campers is adequate to nice, depending on weather conditions. It rained hard while were there dumping 2 inches of water around our coach. No chance to receive satellite TV, and WiFi was iffy. They do rent canoes and tubes to float the river that runs by the camp.
The owners are very nice and helpful in all respects. My opinion on this camp is that it is for much smaller units than a 38 foot RV. That said, if you have a smaller trailer or tent camp, this would be a nice place to stay, so long as the weather holds. - Darfantin

Very nice campground in a country setting but close to town. Was taken to site by friendly staff which you do not usually have in other campgrounds. Very nice and clean pool. Had a family golf course that they provide equipment for. Very family friendly place to stay. - User2611
Aug 2013 - $35.00
The owners are nice and friendly, but as old as the campground. Water and electric in a grass field with no sewer. Showers and restrooms clean, but dark and dank looking. No hot water either. Way too expensive for what you get. This park has out lived it prime. Sorry, but we would no stay here again. - TexL23
Jul 2013 - $39.00
Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, with trees and a pool. Campground is very old, showers were cold. Felt the price was high for one night, no other amenities. - jstrand56
