Nice grounds and a lot to do for the kids between the heated pool and lake with inflatable toys. I would not suggest staying up on the seasonal area if you have a bigger unit. We could not unhook or use the sewer hook-ups in this section in our original site. The office was very helpful in moving us to a open seasonal site, but it was still small as we couldn't get the 5er in there all the way. What would have worked would be a tractor, but not with my truck. The seasonal area was very quiet, and folks in this area very friendly. The buildings were clean and well maintained. Park was nice for the kids. Golf carts need to be parked by 9 PM. We'll go back, but request to be in the more the overnight area down by the lake / pool. We camped at Silver Springs Campsite in a Fifth Wheel.Undo

We were really pleased with this campground. Immaculate. We went on September 17, when they had their early "Halloween" party. Our kids had a ball. Lots of activities, and trick or treating through the campground, where everyone, not just the seasonals, really got into the celebration. Adults and children all dressed up and decorated their sites. Crafts and games for the kids. The staff all dressed up like giant bananas. Enough about the Halloween party. We checked in and found that someone who had reserved the spot next to us had taken up BOTH spots and then left the site so could not be reached to move his rig. The amazingly sweet staff person not only moved us immediately, but offered us arguably the nicest site in the entire park, with room enough for 3 rigs, easily. Then, she even gave us a portion of our money backed, unasked. My husband walked up while I was speaking to her, and she took the time to say "I want you to completely understand that we want you to be satisfied, so I will explain all of this to you, as well". We were extremely impressed, and a very stressful situation was totally taken care of to our satisfaction. The site was beautiful, and huge, but the optimum spot for the camper was too far away from the water hookups. Voila, the maintenance person zoomed over, donated a longer hose to our cause just so that we could camp further back and out of the way. There is a pond suitable for canoing and fishing, a well-kept pool, and very nice play area. Staff members look clean and neat, and the store is well-kept
and stocks everything. A separate game/rec room for showing movies, and playing video games. From what we could see, the seasonals were cheery, and really had fun with the celebration that weekend. We'll be back. We camped at Silver Springs Campsite in a Travel Trailer.
