Lovely little campground! Electric sites, BYO fresh water, although you can fill your tank at the camper registration/store. We stayed on Site 6, couldn't see the lake from our site, but the other sections had some views of the lake. Lots of nice landscaping and playgrounds for kids. Bathrooms/showers were clean, bring your quarters for the showers. Rangers were visible and polite. Fire pits were located kind of away from the site, which we liked a lot. Store had a few necessities. Dump station an extra $3. Some trails which we didn't do this time, but will try next time. Will definitely come back again. No real website for this place, you have to call to make reservations. And they are pretty busy, hard to get in. We camped at Calumet County Park in a Travel Trailer.
Very nice park. Well maintained, excellent shower and bathroom facilities. The campground was full but you don't feel like your crowded. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the sunsets over Lake Winnebago. Only complaint is there was a group camped next to us, seemed to be a family reunion, who took our picnic table, thank you very much. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Calumet County Park in a Tent Trailer.
Park is very nice with small general store with ice cream for hot days. Very clean park with loads of trails to walk. Pet friendly with a large open field we could let our greyhound stretch his legs. Did not get to camp there this year because they were all booked up for large trailer sites so reserve early. Try to get in upper level area if you want more privacy or if it is windy - lower (main) level is on Lake Winnebago. Rated as 8 because no water hookups and some sites uneven. Only a percentage available to 20'+ trailers. We camped at Calumet County Park in a Travel Trailer.
