We stayed here the end of July. Nicely laid out about 2 1/2 miles from downtown Dells so it is a very quiet setting. We had site #43 which had a wood deck. Hookups were in good shape, except for some reason they like to have the sewer hookups 12 inches above the ground! Lots of shade trees. We`ve stayed in a lot of Dells area campgrounds and this one is by far the nicest we have stayed at! The bathrooms were exceptional. The pool area was nice and the pool was heated. They have some nice hiking trails in the woods that go back to the Wisconsin River and down to the waters edge. We were very happy with the campground and will be back next year. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Would have rated higher but constant train whistles overnight interrupted sleep. Our site (B2) was near office so had decent Wi-Fi. Some sites had good shade, others were in the open. Very clean shower rooms and modern bathrooms. Nice pool that was used by many. A few miles from town but felt quite rural. Restaurant on site only served on weekends. Would stay again, but with earplugs for the trains. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Motorhome.

We based our first visit on the reviews provided by this website and were not disappointed. The showers were clean, bathrooms immaculate, and sites level. The seasonal sites are in a completely separate area and actually have their own entrance. We walked through the seasonal area, with very, very few exceptions, the sites were up to date, clean, well manicured, and well spaced. While not peak season, we felt the site spacing in the regular camp area was good, angled, and, as far as I could tell, nicely shaded. We camped one day after a 2" downpour, our site was slightly muddy, but nothing unexpected. We camped with friends that had a Motor Coach, otherwise we'd probably asked about switching sites. The owners are on site and seemed very accommodating. We did not utilize the bar / restaurant, but based on the crowd (families), it seemed like a good place. We will camp here again and recommend it to friends. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at this park based on reviews from this site. We were not disappointed. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. They offer individual showers, and there are plenty of them. They are a very big and super clean and modern. It's nice not having to wait in line in a bathroom that only has two stalls. The pool is nice, it wasn't very busy when we went so there weer not a lot of kids screaming and splashing around which was very relaxing. They offer great discount booklets for all of the attractions nearby, which was awesome because most were buy one get on free or 50% off. The mini-golf was just ok, the kids got bored quickly. I would have given it a 10 out of 10 but the camp store was less than desirable as far as prices and what they had to offer. We stayed in lot 41 but next time we would request 43 or 45 as they both have wooden decks on the lots. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed in this campground for weekend getaway in the Dells, after reading previous reviews we were not disappointed, this campground was immaculate, from the grounds to bathrooms and showers, the rec hall, camp store and pool area were very nice too. This was probably the cleanest and nicest park we have ever been to. The sites are spacious, I would definitely reccommend this place to anyone wishing to have pleasant camping experience it's not to far from the Downtown Dells area either just short drive. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Tent Trailer.
Very refreshing campground. Sites behind pool area, especially outer circle are exceptionally large in size. Grass, private and some trees. These were back-in sites, but I found them to be larger in size compared to the pull-through sites which are accommodating in size. The campground is very clean, friendly staff, with some nice extras such as their snack bar and drinkable water jugs by pool. The seasonals are in the back half of the campground. Transients are in the front portion. Location is good just a couple miles from main attraction area. Only con was poor Wi-Fi from site. If in the area would stay again. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
This park is REALLY clean! The restrooms are new and modern. The sites are spaced nicely and shady. Even though it was too cold and rainy for us to use, the pool is beautiful and nicely maintained. The laundry room has enough washers and dryers and is REALLY clean. The owners/managers are friendly and helpful. This park is close enough to access all the action in the Dells, but is also situated in a quiet part of the area. We would recommend this park to families, seniors and anyone with pets...really nice experience. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $28.00
Our visit was after Labor Day and before the park's 10/15 winter closing hence the $28 rate. Level sites, lots of trees, great camp store, OK satellite access. Great walking trails in pine forest and seasonal site area with pond and lake, which were homes for duck families. Management was very professional and invited us to their annual party for seasonal customers (we stayed 9 nights). Great location for Wisconsin Dells attractions, Wal-Mart, grocery, etc. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Motorhome.
It was sooo nice and quiet! The "heated" pool wasn't heated at all, but it was really hot out at least. The grounds are kept up well and the playground is nice. Overall, we plan on camping here again! We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Nice campground close to the action of the Dells, but not too close. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our back in site was pretty nice, lots of trees and fairly level for our 34' coach and toad. The kids loved the pool. Would certainly consider staying here again. (I forgot the rate we paid, so ignore what I entered.) We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Motorhome.
Sometimes you get what you pay for in a campground. This is not the cheapest place in the Dells, but it is the best. The owners take care of their business. They plant flowers, keep things painted and clean, have guards at night to keep out troublemakers and enforce quiet hours, plan activities and definitely know how to properly run and maintain a great campground. There are 2 playgrounds and a nice pool, clean and relatively new bath houses, 2 ponds, nice sites, paved roads and a store with a restaurant/bar/game room in the back. it's close enough to the Dells to run and have fun, and far enough away that you don't have to be in the middle of the chaos. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Date of Stay: October, 2011 - $28.00
The lower loop of this campground is very lovely with big shade trees. Tiled restrooms-very clean and nice. Pool was closed for season. Virtually no one else camping here in October. Farm equipment noise from harvesting next door. This is my favorite campground in the Dells that we have found so far, and the price is reasonable compared to others. And they were able to accommodate big rigs. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend, arriving Wednesday night. Management was flexible about our later arrival & left paperwork outside. We stayed on a full hook-up, site 32. The sites in this section are a bunch roomier than the ones towards the front of the park. Site was old gravel, but mostly level. The map on the website is very skewed. We have 2 border collies & they had plenty of room on our site & the place is very dog friendly. Although Wi-Fi was only supposed to be in the office, I was able to get it at my site until everyone else got there on Friday night. The pool was nice on Thursday morning, but didn't revisit. The bathrooms were very clean & new. I only looked at the showers, but they also were clean & new. TV wise, we got a couple of stations. Don't know if they have security guards year round, but they did for that weekend. No one was disruptive that I heard. There are a lot of seasonals & they were very friendly. We didn't use the dump station, but it looks easy to maneuver. Water pressure was OK. We walked our dogs around the park & the ponds within the grounds, but missed going on the trails that others said were awesome. Enjoyed the park & will come back next year. Would have been a 10 if Wi-Fi could be offered. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Travel Trailer.

There's nothing but good things that I can say about this campground. It's truly a 10 out of 10. Quiet, clean, well maintained. Showers/restrooms are beautiful and clean. Our site was so level we didn't even need leveling blocks. There's a large, clean pool, restaurant, large putt-putt course, and volleyball court. It's only about 5 minutes from the Dells attractions. The owner gave us free discount cards and coupons. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the dells. We camped at Stand Rock Campground in a Motorhome.
We stayed at this campground for 16 nights while visiting the Wisconsin Dells. The campground is well maintained and has very nice facilities. The main bathhouse is reasonably new and is meticulously cleaned ... one of the cleanest campground restrooms I have ever visited. The staff at the campground was very friendly and answered any questions we had about the local area. Sites are large and well laid out. I believe that full hook-up sites 36, 37, 39, 41, and 43 are the nicest in the campground due to their large size and the fact that they do not back up to other sites making them relatively quiet. The sites near the front of the campground that circle the mini-golf are nice size but are nosier due to their closeness to the main road. All in all this is one of the nicest campgrounds I have ever stayed at and I would definitely choose this campground again when staying in the Wisconsin Dells.
