2 Parks near Alpine, Wyoming
Jun 2015 - $30.00
Small park being converted from mobile home to RV. Site had plenty of room from next and was fairly level. Good power water pressure high and sewer. In a pretty area convenient to Jackson without the exorbitant prices. Great as a base to explore the area. Road noise during day but we were gone. Quiet at night. Some full time residents in the remaining trailers but everyone was nice. Beautiful trails right across the road for walking and dogs. Would stay here again. - Darbone
Jun 2015 - $33.00
We saw the reviews online and decided to try it, since there aren't a lot of choices in the area. Prices in Jackson are sky-high! This is a former mobile home park that the owner is converting to accommodate RV's. But, he wants mainly seasonal people, so you'd better call ahead to see if he has any spaces. Also, there is no office, so he has to know you're coming and be there to meet you. I would consider this a "back-yard" campground. There are a few sites along the driveway and a couple out back. There are full hookups, but no bathrooms or any other amenities. No Wi-Fi or cable or picnic table. There's a little grass around and a few trees, but we didn't have any shade. The mosquitoes were bad. He had just had the electric post put into our site, and the power kept cutting off, so we had issues there, but we got it working. - mom2wildlife

I found one review on line and liked it. The campground is small and there are people living there. However the place was beautiful, clean and very quite. Owner friendly and helpful. We would stay there again! - Brandl
Sep 2015 - $45.00
Stayed here some where around October 12 2014.
Looked at some other places closer to Jackson, they were jammed full and hugely overpriced. Found Greys River cove and the price although not real cheap was much more reasonable to the ones near Jackson.
Sites were close together but at that time of year the place was maybe a third full so not a problem. Decent view and I walked to an ok not great family type restaurant across the street.
For the area Greys River Cover is not a bad deal and I will stay there again. - Twinpups
Jul 2015 - $35.00
The park is just off highway 89 through Alpine, very close to the center of town. The park has gravel roads and a central grassed area for tents. The sites are very close together. The sites are gravel and required some leveling. The showers needed some maintenance. The Wi-Fi did not work. There was no TV unless you have satellite. Road noise was minimal. This was an overnight stay for us and is a good, easy place for a stop and short stay. - MikeandDixie
Jul 2015 - $40.00
We stayed at Grey's River Cove one night on our way to Utah. This is a basic no frills campground with full hook ups and level sites. It is right on RT 89 about 30 miles south west of Jackson on the main road going through Alpine, WY. so it was an easy in and out for us. The gentleman that runs the campground is very friendly and non-formal. There is no cable TV and the WiFi didn't work very well even though the park was not very busy. The sites were reasonably well spaced and they are level and easy to get in and out of. I would recommend stopping here if your looking for a clean, quiet, easy and quick overnight stop. - Freelander1
