Rural/country campground. Long roomy sites with room to walk the pups. Nice having a garbage can at every site. We loved it there and will return. Easy in/out. Good Verizon reception. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't believe how spacious it is! Lots of wide open area, easy in/out, good interior roads. Very nice owners. Did not use any of their restrooms/showers/laundry. Will return any time I'm in this area. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Super big level gravel sites; easy to level. Lots of grass and some trees. Unfortunately the mosquitoes were terrible after the grass was mowed the day we arrived! We stayed in a travel trailer for only one night, but have made notes to return because of the nearby river fishing! We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed for a week in June. Nice park. Easy to get around in. Big gravel sites. They tell you when you check in that it's windy in the area and they aren't kidding! WiFi no worky the whole time we were there. We were told they'd had a lightening strike. Verizon MiFi signal was good. Good place to stay and we would use it again if we were back in the area. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a little jewel! The park is beautiful and clean. The site was level and long. Great utilities. The owner is awesome. She gave us all kinds of information and advice about Yellowstone. She practically apologized for charging $2 person after 4. That is not unreasonable! We will absolutely be back! We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

Very nice park, large pull thru sites, full hook ups, very good satelite access for TV. I love these type of parks that are in the country with beautiful scenery. Closest town is about 12 miles away. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the best places we've ever stayed. As other reviewers have noted, sites are huge, level, very easy in-and-out. Lots of space between sites. Gorgeous views of the Wind River Range. Utilities all worked well including wifi. Antenna TV reception was good for a few stations which was surprising considering the distance from the source. Owners are very nice. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Museum of the Mountain Man in Pinedale is excellent. Drive to the top of Skyline Drive for a great view of the mountains and Fremont Lake. Pinedale has a lovely town park with natural areas where moose are often seen.

Five night stay. Best location and amenities of the parks we found in the Pinedale area. Helpful staff. Sites are staggered which afford views of the distant Wind River range. Dump drain and electric pedestal were spaced well apart...some will need an extra sewer hose, or an electrical extension to manage a full hook-up. Will stay there again should we return to the area. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A very clean RV park, helpful, affable host, distant views of mountains. Restrooms and showers were very clean, everything seemed well tended. A few permanent residents along the outer perimeter. Road noise was not an issue. We found the buried water outlet (frost concerns), to be a bit fussy to hook up. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

This park will spoil you for your next location! As stated by others, sites are LARGE and can be utilized from either direction, though the best direction is toward Pinedale - into the wind. To ease setting up, park between electric box and sewer, then stretch out both connections and adjust unit location as needed. Doing this should enable you to use full hookup without any problems. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This park has huge sites; we could have parked four of our truck/trailer combinations in it and still had room. The lady in the office was very helpful in answering our questions about off-road trails in the area.

If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stop here. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Outstanding hidden gem of a park. Some of the largest sites we have ever seen and lots of open areas. Felt more like staying in a park than a campground. Hugh pull through sites (could have fit 4 large RVs in there!) Level gravel site. Shade trees and large grassed in areas surround you. Worth way more than their Good Sam rating. Some TV, good wi-fi and adequate cell phone coverage. No pool. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.

Only 10 miles South of Pinedale. This is an excellent stop to visit the area. Stop in Pinedale and visit the Mountain Man Museum and go up to the Bridger Mountains. You won't regret a visit to this campground!

By far the best park I have ever stayed at. The spaces are huge and staggered so that everyone gets a view of the mountains. The staff is more than friendly, they made me feel like I was home. The owner is constantly mowing and watering the grass. I don't know what the daily rate was since I stayed for a month and a half, but the rate was more than reasonable. Electric is included, which was nice when running two air conditioners in the summer. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park with very wide and very long pull thru sites. Had no problem with our 42 foot coach and tow vehicle. Utilities were a bit spread out. We were as far back as we could be and still reach the electric, but would not have been able to dump without moving the coach. Other than that, very nice place for an overnight in route to the Yellowstone area. People were very friendly. Some full timers, but not many. Sites very spread out with lots of room and good views of the mountains. Believe them when they say they get high winds. Got caught in 42 mph gusts on our way into the park, but they died down as fast as they came up. We would stay here again. We camped at Highline Trail RV Park in a Motorhome.
