Lovely park. Eady off, easy on
Mature trees but could not get satellite to work. Used the cable but it was grainy. Great long pull through. Friendy folks. Nice weather. Well stocked gift shop and big laundry area. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Steak house across the street was excellent. Picnic table was the best I've seen at any park. Grass was well manicured. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Stopped here for an overnight after the winds about blew us off the road! Site was very shaded and fairly level. Some tight spots to maneuver on park thanks to those trees. Nice dog run but in the very back of the campground. The WiFi and cable never worked, couldn't get any over air channels either. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at Indian CG for 2 nights and wished as could stay longer. Harold and Katrina Anton, the owners, are wonderful. Harold saw our Jeep and recommended a canyon road to us that was fun and spectacular.
The sites are mostly shaded, good working utilities, plenty of space for our 37 ft motorhome and Jeep.
Highly recommend. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Park was clean and orderly. The dog park was a bit of a walk but nice. There is alot of area to walk the pets. The owners were great and always readily available. Stayed at a few parks before landing here and wished we could have spent another night. It was close to highway but we slept well and really did not hear traffic. Highly recommend. Easy in and out. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This our second time to stay here and will stay again. There are a lot of trees in the park. It's quiet. I like that they provide a small recycling area.
There is a nice, fenced-in dog run that's big enough for our 60# dogs to run a little in. It is a little walk from the campground but that gives the dogs good sniffing time. Other dog walk areas are on both sides of the campground. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

The staff was extremely friendly, which we appreciated, and the free Wi-Fi was decent. The problem was the sites themselves. They were long but extremely narrow and our next door neighbors were right on top of us. For $40 (even in this part of the country) I would expect a little more room. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park with friendly personnel. Lots of shade in the front. We chose the "satellite friendly" area in the back of the park. Our site was scarce of grass but most seem to have a reasonable amount. Streets are gravel. A couple of turns are tight to trees for a 45 footer but makeable. Quiet with good 50 amps. Good wi-fi. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pros: tall shade trees, long drive thru sites, courteous management, close eating places.
Cons: close eating places (grease smells & traffic) hwy 16 noise, offramp &freeway immediately adjacent (truck noise [jake breaks].
Good place, just get a spot in row c or beyond and stay on west side of park. Trees block satellite service, Direct TV has no local service, only national channels, park has cable with local channels. Buffalo has many restaurants &
other attractions. The pros outweigh the cons by far. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

The campsites were all pull-through, level and shaded. Despite proximity to two major arteries, the night was quiet and peaceful. There were several long-term campers that were friendly and offered tips on local cuisine and attractions. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is our second stay here during the last few years and it was as good as the first. Centrally located with eateries close-by. Easy on and off I-25 (not I-90) which is also close by. Very friendly owners who were more than willing to answer our questions about the area. Baths and laundry are spotless. As before, would seek out this place once again. We had such a good experience at this campground. The sites were level, wide with grass at the door. It had a picnic table and a fire pit if you wanted to build a fire. The cottonwood trees are wonderful and provided good shade on our trailer. The laundry and restroom were pristine. We really enjoyed our visit here. This is our go to park in Buffalo. We stayed one weekday night in early July and, as usual, had a level, gravel, FHU, pull-through site with cable TV. This park resolved the change to digital requiring a new cable box problem by getting their own satellite TV and feeding to the individual sites. Their new system only has about 20 channels. Except for half a dozen newer sites in the back of the park, very few sites are satellite friendly. We had one minor issue when we pulled into our assigned site. It is a problem I have run into occasionally and don't know why parks do this: our assigned site had just been over water causing the leftside of the parking area to be muddy and unavoidable while setting up. If mother nature wants to muddy a site, fine, but the park should not be doing it and then forcing the customer a muddy inconvenience. Everything else was fine. We enjoyed the pool and, after 2 days of terrible internet, we finally had a reliable connection. A recent reviewer stated that the sites are "small". I don't know what site he/she had but our site was fine and there were at least 20 big rigs here with plenty of room for their 40 footers and toads (some still attached). With the facilities and amenities here plus the historic significance of the area, this is more than "an OK place to stay on your way to somewhere else" as that reviewer stated. Bathrooms, showers, and laudry in the office building are older but adequate and clean. There is a trailer with additional bathrooms and showers toweard the back of the park. They do have bins for glass, aluminum, and plastic recycling. There are numerous restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice shady park but constant noise from the close by Interstate. Yet, good location handy to restaurants and services. Had a pull thru site in muddy grass, yet the gravel site next to us stayed open all night. Clean, private bathrooms in back area. Great for an overnight but seemed pricey.
