We wanted to stay within the city of Cheyenne, not out in the sticks, and were surprised by the lack of RV parks with decent reviews in town. When we called this park, at first they said all spaces were taken in the "dog area," but then they found a space for us in a location that looked like part of the road. We had to unhook our car and put it out of the way of traffic, and when we were hooking up again in the morning, residents going out to work honked at us for partly blocking the road. We never heard what the "dog area" meant - we walked our dogs everywhere and no one complained.
This park is divided between trailer homes and RVs. Most RV spaces are taken by long-term residents in old, run-down trailers. This doesn't bother us as long as the people are quiet, working folks, and most usually are. The entire park is dirt, and not very well organized. I would describe it as primitive, though it did have all services available. For what is provided, it is pricey, and they wanted extra to use a credit card. I wouldn't willingly stay here again.
One reviewer said the shower was in a basement, and one improvement since then is that there is now a shower building. We camped at Greenway Trailer Park & Sales in a Motorhome.

We were desperate and it was late so we ended up staying at this trailer park, not a campground. This needs to be spruced up and husband needed the shower located in a basement. I passed on that. Only a spot with a hook up and Wi-Fi. They should charge 25 dollars at most for this place. The rodeo was in town and that was fun. We camped at Greenway Trailer Park & Sales in a Travel Trailer.Undo

This campground is easily accessible and conveniently located near all shopping and restaurants. Staff is friendly, Wi-Fi is great. The park is part of a larger trailer park with lots of permanent somewhat rundown campers/trailers. Not exactly kid friendly. Road noise, airplanes, and emergency vehicles noticeable especially at night. We stayed here several weeks, while hubby worked. Probably would not stay here again. Date of Stay: March, 2008 - $25.00
This is a run down, slightly seedy trailer park with approximately 12 hookups for RVs. We camped here due to a weather emergency. Many old rusted out campers and fifth wheels being used as full time residence. Traffic by the residents was constant and noisy. No security whatsoever; anyone could drive in off the street. Ugly and depressing, it looked like where RVs go to die. We would not camp here again for love or money. We camped at Greenway Trailer Park & Sales in a Travel Trailer.Undo
