You really get the camping feel here! Lots of trees and grass. However it is close to the freeway & closer to the railroad tracks. What the hay....I wear earplugs to bed! First time here, would probably stay again if needed. Roads and sites are gravel & dirt with a fair amount of grass. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Level gravel site, good space between sites with grass, good satellite reception, good Internet and cell service, quiet, safe, friendly office staff, good value for price. Good overnight spot when heading south from Grand Teton / Yellowstone to I-80. Would stay here again. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a nice, family owned and run park, not far off the interstate which of course, is both good and bad. The county road coming in is REALLY rough but that's not the park's fault. Naturally being this close to the freeway, there is a bit of noise but the AC fan covers it nicely. The park is clean and well maintained. Roads and sites are gravel. Laundry is clean and well maintained. Office staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a cable connection at our site but when I asked why only three channels, he said that site doesn't have cable. No biggie but if that's important to you, ask first. Overall, not a bad place to stop and I would certainly stay here again. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is not a big rig friendly park The park was nice and shady but had to back my 45' fifth wheel out of spot due to low hanging tree branches. Corner turns were tight. Next to railroad tracks so if that bothers you be forewarned. Close to interstate If I had a smaller rig this would be a nice place to stay. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a small park (56 sites). Easy on/off Highway 80. Gravel interior roads, long gravel sites - numerous sites long enough for our 40' rig plus tow. Sites are wide, most have trees. Playground for kids. Easy to maneuver through the park, although trees need some trimming. Highway and train noise but not bothersome to us. The office doesn't open until 3:00 PM so you're invited to drive in and choose a site; then pay when someone is in the office. We called ahead for a reservation but it seemed unnecessary since we arrived at 1:30 and chose our own site. Would definitely stay here again when passing through. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Motorhome.

Nice park, but sewer was too far from power, so we could not use... Trains and hwy noise, but not bad.... We did not use other services... Left early next morning. Picnic table had been taken to the long term site next to us... so not available.. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Truck Camper.

April 22 Evanston, WY $38 with full hookups and Good Sam discount Phillips RV Park in Evanston is right off route 80 so it is an easy on and off for an overnight. We stayed here one night and it was a good stay. This is a small campground with about 30 sites. Full hookups also means cable. Easy checkin. There was a playground, horseshoes, dumpster and a bathhouse with showers. You can hear the trains and the highway but that seems to be standard for campgrounds along route 80. It is the only campground in town. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Motorhome.

We stayed at Phillip's for one night only but would like to return and spend more time. The park was partially closed due to the time of year, bathrooms were closed and water was available on one row of sites. We did not have reservations and were able to pull in and set up easily. We talked to the owner and he was very engaging and friendly. Trains and. Traffic did not bother us as most RV parks have the same issue. Restaurants were close, gas was closer, freeway close - the RV'ers trifecta. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Inside the park is very attractive, tree sites, clean restrooms and showers, and very friendly and helpful owners. The wifi worked well and we had several over the air channels on TV. The rate was reasonable but even for an overnight stay, we couldn't sleep because of the trains that ran every hour or so, all night and the highway noise. Perhaps location of our site made it worse, but I think the park is too close to the railroad tracks. Will find another place to stay next time. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

pretty much the only show in town. family owned but not friendly at check-in. wanted to be toward the front and use both dish and cable tv. were told in an abrupt way that we needed to make a choice as no cable there. cable channels limited and some did not come in well. close to river walk that has exercise stations. would make plans to bypass Evanston in the future. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Loved this shady park. It was quiet except for the trains but we like the sound of trains periodically. The campground was beautiful and clean.

We played games at our picnic table til dark and walked around the park in the evening. There is a river walk within walking distance which was beautiful. We would recommend this campground and will definitely stay here again! We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Small park in the industrial part of town. That's it. The park itself is nice (compliments to the owners), many trees, level sites in various sizes and clean restrooms and showers.

But don't look beyond the fence. You have to have absolutely no other choice to go elsewhere, to stay overnight at this place. The park is situated between a business road and interstate 80 and next to railway tracks. All this is especially obvious during night hours.

As we are not noise addicted, we won't come back. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a family owned RV park that has been in operation for 70 years. We stayed here about 10 years ago and there have been many improvements since then. It's about the only game in town. The sites are close but easy to get in and out. Dirt roads. WIFI iffy. It was clean and there was a large grassy area to take the dog but no fenced in dog park. Minimum amenties. We camped at Phillips RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
