1 Park near Evansville, Wyoming
Oct 2015 - $22.00
The manager of this park is one of the nicest people I've ever met in the hospitality industry - friendly, outgoing and gave us a great restaurant recommendation.
There are some full time residents but the campground is so well run and maintained that it is a non-issue. All the sites are tidy and the public areas spotless.
Evansville is immediately east of Casper and the neighborhood is industrial -- the only reason I didn't give this park a "10". - n2916s

Host where very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights. Our site was level and we enjoyed walking down by the river and talking with the other guest. - thejones357

By central Wyoming standards this park is awesome! Large level pull-thru sites. Wide gravel driveways make for easy maneuvering. Trees are small as the park is new but they are growing. No grass but each site has astro-turf which is very nice. Other review mentioned trains - never saw or heard one. That same review could not find the river - it is across the back of the park. There is grass and it is cool down by the river on a hot day. Nice spot to walk with your dog. Personnel is very friendly and everything here looks neat and tidy. It is away from the expressway but has easy access. Great place for an overnight or a day or two exploring Casper. - Freedom Bus
