Friendly staff, grass spots, poor wifi, poor phone signal (att), several perminant residents but all well kept vehicles and friendly. Entry is tricky and easy to miss turn. We had to drive several miles to turn around. Quiet area for an over nighter. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Entrance to the RV park is right next to the entrance to historical Fort Bridger. Look for the covered wagon. Friendly staff. Good cable. Forgot to check Verizon wireless and MIFI signals. Four individual restrooms with private large showers. Laundry facilities on site. Wide open grassy site. Only downside was that we arrived after a rain and the road was mucky to say the least. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Historical Fort Bridger and museum is a two block walk from the RV camp. Well worth the visit. I was unaware that the road through the town of Fort Bridger was on the old Lincoln Highway. Good information about this too at the museum.

After a day of truck troubles and issues we were happy to make to this park for the night. It wasn't too far off the interstate and was nice and quiet. The host was very helpful and they were most apologetic about giving us a back in site with out 40ft. 5th wheel instead of a pull through but we assured them, it was perfectly fine. They helped up back in and get settled. This campground has lots of grass and reminded me of other places I'd stayed that were old mobile home parks that have been converted for rv's. We had good space between the campers and the services all worked well. It worked really well for a stop over after a long day. Everyone was very friendly regardless of if they were long term residents or other rv'ers. The park was very neat and tidy. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Fiesta Guadalajara is a mexican restaurant about 4 miles away - excellent food and lots of it! Cable hookups were available but a little unorthodox setup as several sites came off one localized hook up. We didn't try the hookup as we were only there overnight.

Agree with others that this is a hidden gem; lots of grass - a really nice change for Wyoming, very friendly and helpful management, large sites - especially for a private park and reasonable price. Nice to have WiFi although it only worked in the front of our RV, not in the rear. The park is far enough off highway to be quiet, but very convenient, walking distance to the excellent historic Fort Bridger especially the 1 hour guided tour. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Motorhome.

It is normally not my practice to pay this much for an overnight but the reviews were good and options limited. In this case, I was ok with it. The restroom/shower facilities were some of the best I've seen. The electricity functioned well as well as the wi-fi if you were in a site near the office. The man who checked us in was very professional. All in all the park has a lot of things going for it you don't don't see any more. I gave it a nine as the grass made it dirty in the morning and I'm sure it would be a mess if you went there in the rain. I would definitely return if I was in this area. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Motorhome.

This is a hidden gem, just right next to Fort Bridger State Historic Site which you may and cannot skip. Just about 2 miles of the I-80. Very very quiet and relaxing. Huge pull thrus, on gravel with a lot of space to your neighbor with grass everywhere. You have free very good WiFi, free cable but we didn't use it. No reception on the antenna. Great manager, very welcoming. There is not much in town but this gives your stay even more charm. It is great relaxing after driving a lot, just stay here for two nights (or more), give a visit during daytime at the state park, so nice and well explained and during daytime you have a nice museum and explaining. We sure come back. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Well groomed, spacious sites with easy in and out pull-thrus. Manager is veteran, always smiling, very gracious and will help you at the drop of a hat. Next door to a historic site, which is within walking distance. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very well-maintained park with tons of space (largely because not many people were there when we stayed). From the google map it appears that the pull thrus were huge, but they are actually back in sites that they use as pull thrus (so you pull in the site behind you and keep going through. That said, single sites are huge and having both to yourself is nice. This is a location that is a pass through. They have residents there, and you may have maybe one neighbor max. The town itself is comprised of 300 people so don't expect the town to give you a lot of amenities but it's fine for a pass through. The services were very good and wireless was extremely good. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is grocery shopping about 15 minutes away. Don't expect to eat out at fine cuisine in the area without a drive, so stock up at the grocery store. For pet lovers there is a VERY good vet right down the road, which was a pleasant surprise.

Wonderful park, when we stopped it was very early in the season and the new owners were hard at work making sure all the sites where in great shape. Newly painted picnic tables etc. Manager lives on site and was very friendly - even came over to tell us a Mama Moose had her baby behind his trailer and invited us over to see! Plus the Fort Bridger site next door makes this a place to stop for two nights. We will return. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

The campground itself isn't much to look at, but it is right along side Ft. Bridger historic park, which is well worth a visit. We went after hours and found that we could deposit our fee at the gate and we wandered the park pretty much by ourselves.

A small RV park right off I80. Basically a grass and gravel park with some permanent residences. Full hookups with cable and WiFi. The cable didn't work for us. We pulled in and the office closed, so we choose a site and a young lady came around to collect. Very informal but seems to work. Space very long. Would definitely stay again when traveling across the state on I80. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Travel Trailer.

A very rural setting, nothing fancy. Very open spaces with lots of room. Roads are gravel. Though the spaces aren't clearly defined, they're on grass and you pull through as far as needed. Full hook-ups worked well. We were surprised that we didn't need to level, which we usually do on soft surfaces. Laundry has 2 washers and dryers. Bathrooms are wonderful! Each one is in a private room, with sink, shower & toilet. Very clean. When we got there no one around so we called the number on the door and were told to pull in anywhere and we'd check in with them later. Very casual approach. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Motorhome.

Confirmed there was space prior to our arrival. Received good phone directions. Very long, dirt and grass, level spot. Lots of room to maneuver. Lots of shade trees. Wooden picnic table was provided. About 1/2 the park appeared to be permanent residents. They were not a problem. OK for a one night stay. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Travel Trailer.
