A true gem of a small in-town park. It makes you feel like part of the quiet community of Lusk. It sits right across the street from a nice little town park with a playground. They have about 20 sites, all sizes, level, full hook-ups, grass between the gravel sites. Plenty of room to get in and out of sites. Covered picnic tables at most sites. Nothing fancy, just clean, safe, simple, good quality service. The owner/manager is great. Perfect overnight stop. We'd stay there again in a flash. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
Tips for other Campers:
Get a great meal at Outpost Cafe a few blocks away.
Owner on site and very helpful. Contrary to features shown on opening campground page, the park DOES have cable TV. We visited in 2010 and they had cable TV then. Park is very well groomed reflecting the care invested by owners. WiFi was good as well. Nice laundry room. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice smaller, well-maintained in-town park. Clean, quiet. It's on two sides of a street. If you've got a big rig park on the street or otherwise find out where they're putting you before pulling in to save yourself some creative maneuvering. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Motorhome.
Easy access from the main road between northern CO and the Black Hills of SD. In a quiet neighborhood across the street from a small park. Very friendly owners. Laundry room closes at 7 PM, which is inconvenient unless you're staying for 2 nights. I always pick up after my dog, but if you don't the sh** will be sent to you in the mail - really(?). We camped at BJ's Campground in a Motorhome.
A nice stop for a night or two. This little, attractive park is right across the street from a park. Staff couldn't be nicer. Most of the sites have concrete patios, shade covered picnic tables, and thick lush grass between the sites. Sites and interior roads are gravel and level with no ruts. It's located in a residential area, but you can walk easily to the main street in Lusk with some good local small town dining options. We'd gladly stop here again. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Motorhome.
This park is located near a quiet residential neighborhood across the street from a public park with a playground and lots of green grass. It's appearance is neat and tidy. I've never felt more welcomed to an RV park. Cable TV and wifi service worked very well. All other utilities were well placed and provided by the city of Lusk. We used the laundry while camped there two nights. The laundry consisted of two washers and dryers which were clean and well maintained. We'll definitely return again if in the area. This is a small park without many reservable overnight spaces so I'd definitely recommend reservations during the tourist season. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Motorhome.

This is pretty much an overnight campground since there is not too much around Lusk. The woman who owns the place is very nice. When we got there it was pretty warm. She insisted that we hook up the electric and turn on the a/c before we checked in. Our site was a pull-through. All sites are on a nice tan gravel base that feels really clean when you come in. We would definitely stop again. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a real gem in eastern Wyoming. Spotless campground and restroom/showers. Very friendly down home service. Thanks for a great two nite stay. We'll definitely return! We camped at BJ's Campground in a Travel Trailer.

The lady who checked us in gave me a map of Wyoming and gave directions to our next stop without being asked. This is probably the quietest park we have ever stayed in. There is a lot of green grass on each site. The RV park owns a playground/park across the street, which is very nice. I would stay here again. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This is a small park. It was very clean, well graveled, level sites. The owner seemed a little disorganized, but was very pleasant to work with. Gave us the largest pull thru. Had plenty of room with grass an a table on each site. Some of the smaller sites even had a top over the tables. There was a park across the street. The town was a very friendly place to explore. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Motorhome.
I used this as an overnight but was impressed. Was met as I pulled up by the owner that helped us pick a site. Was not required to register until the next morning. Sites were about 50 ft apart and on level hard packed gravel with nice grassy areas in between. OK, so everyone else says it, the bathrooms are really decorated cute and immaculately clean reflecting pride of ownership that carries through to the whole place. WiFi is only so - so, but Verizon receives a strong signal and typical 3g data rates. It is 2 to 5 min off the highway with access roads large. Nice place with great owners. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
Price includes discount. Sites are gravel. CG is quiet. Hostess very pleasant. We had a pull through. Only stayed one night. View from front of coach is a local small city park. Park is a great place for those with dogs. Only negative was small sites. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Motorhome.
Very clean and nice park. Good sites, easy access and across from a small city park. Owners are very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Wi-Fi wasn't as strong as could be, but still worked. In residential area, but quiet. Heard trains nearby, as they are in the area, but not intrusive or too loud. Would certainly stay here again if in the area. We camped at BJ's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
Very welcoming site after a long drive. Host was very friendly, site as a whole was very clean with covered tables at each site. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean, although a little old style, nicely decorated with the owner's nic-nacs. Very quiet setting. I would recommend this site.
