Rate paid was with Passport America. Very nice little park with the friendliest owners that we have every met. Mostly permanent residents in the park with only four overnight spots. Very clean restrooms and showers. Laundry was very reasonable. Loved the park and would stay there again.

For a resort campground we were not impressed. Roads were all limestone, very rough and dusty. Showers were very dirty, hair stuck on walls and dirt. Our sewer hookups threads were bad and sewer hose would not stay in place. Site was not level and gravel (advertised as concrete but at a higher price), no shade at sites. Pool open all year but not usable due to not being heated. Road to park is over the river levee and very rough. Wi-Fi was very weak and slow, not usable most of the time. Neighborhood near the park very run down and rough looking, heard gun shots at night.

Park was full with a permanent party with the exception of 2 sites. I was parked in a driveway uphill with no shade. By driveway I mean in the middle of the road. This was once a good park but has seen better days. I would never stop again. The rate posted is Passport America rate.

This park is an OK overnight stop but is filled with permanet working people who have trashed up the park. The restrooms were run down and basically just an old tin building. The wasps had taken over the rest rooms and laundry room. The pool was empty, the same as when I camped here 7 years ago, so the advertised pool does not exist. The management needs to get out and trim weeds and maintain the park better. The laundry was outragously high at $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry, which took twice so it was $6.00 a load to do laundry. The rate we paid was Passport America.

This campground is advertised as a resort but is far from it. The sites were so un-level you could not sit on lawn chairs outside, no picnic table, no shade and the roads were so bumpy it turned over the furniture in the RV. The restrooms were not even roadside rest quality, no door on the one and only toilet stall, dead bugs, bird droppings all over the floor and fixtures and one shower stall that had not been cleaned lately. I would not ever stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. They charge a premium price for a sub-standard park.

This a small shabby run down park in the middle of town. Owner tries to charge you extra for everything. Would not honor the Passport America advertised rates because it was two weeks before the 4th of July. Owner had a very strange way about him ,and the park was terrible. Moved to another RV park which was much better. Would not stay there and do not reccomend it at all.

Check in personnel were way too helpful. Park was noisy due to sites next to busy highway and lawn mowers running all day. Roads and sites were paved nicely. Could not sleep well due to bright lights on poles next to office shinning through windows. Will bypass next time.

The check in lady was very nice and helpful. However when using the Passport America discount you get the bargain basement spots. No shade, very close and cramped, your slideouts will be over the next camper's concrete slab with the picnic table on it. Sewer hookups are on the same slab as your neighbor's picnic table which is a little odd. Wi-Fi is very good. If this park has restrictions on sites with discount it should have been listed in the directory. Will not stop here again.
