If you like to find used condoms in your gravel, tiny space for your RV with a transvestite nightclub in the front of the park then this is where you stay.

Everett has little choices for your RV and this is the best pic. We are full-timers and the price in the summer months is the full $35 nightly rate (almost $1000 mo.) They gave us a "break" at $750. There is no parking for your 2nd vehicle and they are sticklers for making sure you don't go over the yellow line in your small spot. We can barely get in our door and must maneuver our vehicles just right to fit. The very helpful and friendly managers do a great job of keeping it neat and clean. The pet walk is just a back alley. Everything is concrete not gravel or grass.

We really didn't want to stay here after reading previous reviews but there wasn't much available in this area where we were visiting relatives. If you can go to a different location then do so. We were given a half price discount because the only spot that would fit our 35-footer had sewage hookup problems. We were on the "new" top level that had the very comical hand-painted sign "Viewpoint" that overlooked a green hill with a train track. Compared to the beauty we had just seen in Flaming Gorge we had to laugh. The office was closed and we had to go to the manager's home. They were friendly. If the location is where you need to stay then you can survive a night otherwise move on.

This is one of your higher quality parks that can actually earn the name "resort". We had a site with our rear window overlooking the roaring river. It was a very peaceful setting with the snowcapped mountains nearby. The facilities were clean. The two indoor jacuzzis and pool marked for swimming laps were relaxing. We received 10 percent discount for paying cash and there were no other discounts available. It was worth paying more.

Great, peaceful and secluded RV park in a wooded area. Very friendly and family oriented. Clean. Did not feel crowded. It was nice to not be on concrete and in the city. The spot was level. Half price with Passport America

Great people that were quick to welcome you the Texas way. We had to hook up to a 30 amp because there were no more 50 amp spots available. There was no WiFi but a computer was available in the office for your use. The steak place down the road was awesome food with a fiddle pickin' group going around to your table accepting requests. We received half price with Passport.
