Very nice small campground. Sites were level (gravel), and hookups nice and handy. Water pressure was very good as was electric power on my 50 amp service. Wi-Fi was very weak on my site. I was on the site the farthest away from their Wi-Fi antenna with other units between me and the office. Was told by the manager they have plans to install another Wi-Fi unit where my site was located. Now for the real good stuff. The people running this place are more like family than business people. Great to deal with. They had an "Open House" one day, and they fed us all. They had a "Pot Luck" supper one evening, and everyone in the campground showed up and brought something different to eat. A good old down home southern evening. Great tips on where to eat out, things to see besides the Crater of Diamonds, etc. Would gladly return anytime!
This must have been an old KOA campground at one time. Sites are small, not level at all, hard to get in and out of, low water pressure and very low voltage on my friend's site that was traveling with me. The hookups were side by side and his voltage was 100 at best and mine was 115. We switched his cord over to my hookup post and he had 108 and mine dropped to 112. We got by for the night's stay. I have no plans to stay here again.
Nice overnight stop over for us. Lots of room for slide outs, and utilities worked fine. I-65 and nearby train noise wasn't a problem. This also would be a nice base to see the area, but we were just going through. Would stay here again.
Very nice park. Close to Memphis and all of the things to do in the area. I had a nice level pull through site with hookups handy. Water pressure and electric power was very good. In 90 degree weather you need a good bit of power! Everything was clean and neat. Easy off I-55 around to a dead end street to the park. Fenced in dog walk to let the ones with paws run and romp. Office personnel were great to work with. I called in for a site both times I stopped here in the two week period we were going through the area, and there wasn't a problem either time. Would stay here again!
