'Resort' it isn't. Just a few hookups in a very narrow area between the road and the lake. Gravel access and sites, very close together, with a tiny patch of grass by some of the sites. In the spring it is all reserved by fishermen. Nothing to do if you aren't fishing. They also have a couple of rooms they rent. And a very small, very pricey convenience store. The boat launch is owned by the state, and there is a $5.oo fee for launching.

Boy, what a dump !!! Gravel roads with huge potholes that are impossible to miss. Many old, rundown 'permanent' residents.Sewer outlet was unusable as it was stuffed full of leaves, cigarette butts, etc.and no lid on it. Picnic tables collapsed, no fire rings, a real mess !! We had stayed here about 15 years ago, and it was a nice park. Not any more.

Located right on the Snake River. It gets Hot in the summer here. Lots of things for the kids to do, but the playground is off aways from the camp sites. Nice swim beach, nice big group shelter available for rent. Small camp cabins also available. Good fishing right from the bank. Maintenence of the grounds was lacking a bit, but not to bad. Grass needed mowing, and by the end of a busy weekend the garbage containers were overflowing. Rangers and workers drove through every hour or so, but seemed to avoid eye contact and didn't stop to answer questions. We would stay again if in the area.
