If you are looking for a park with enough water pressure to shower, this is not the park for you. All the pictures advertizing the park show the pool, which would be ok if they showed penguins swimming in it. It is only 78 degrees, too cold to stay in for more than a minute or so. Don't have maintenance check anything as they will charge you for his hourly rate. Besides being grumpy, this man should not be working in any position where he has contact with the public. We are only here because it is a membership park we were trying to utilize. Bad experience will not be back.
Long pull through sites, pretty close together, but did not have any problem pulling in. Close to fast food and town, not much in town but would make a good base for trips into the Bay Area. If they had a pool would consider staying longer.
Advertised as a Passport America Park, but when I called was told they no longer honored Passport. As we had already gone past our limit for the day decided to stay anyway. Entrance not well marked, and is a shared driveway with a shopping center that was built after the park. So anyone trying to find this place needs to turn in at Subway. Sites were plenty long but also very narrow, there are trees to consider when trying to enter or leave your site. Pool was nice and restrooms and showers were nice. Would stay again as a overnight stop.
Checked in without the RV being available, as we got here before check in time. We were checked in, and because there was a mix up in the reservations, we had to move after 2 days to another site for the last day. There was no charge for that last day. Park looks tight, but upon arrival with the unit, there was no problem getting into either site. Paved streets, with hedge rows between each site. Very friendly person on check in. If they had a pool, would consider a longer stay. Will put on places to stay next time we are in the area. Rate reflects Passport America.
Park is 4 miles out of town, some of which is single lane. We were allowed to pick our site. Tried two before we were able to back into a pull through site. Too many trees that have not been trimmed, blocking the site. Entrance to campground very narrow: scraped rig on exit. Would not return. $10 rate reflects AOR.
Internet was down, and they parked us next to a BIG DOG. Did not seem to bother the dog and he did not bark. Was just a BIG DOG to watch out for while hooking up. Everything in the gift shop and added activities, was very expensive. Without Passport America, we would have just kept on going.
