The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced. This lady was rude and lacks in any type of customer service, such as a friendly hi or welcome. First impressions are lasting impressions. The park is OK, although the spaces are short and it is hard to park all you rig.

This is one of the top KOAs we have stayed in. Not all KOAs are alike and I would rank this one a "10". The owner was very welcoming, cordial, and informative. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate, the restrooms/showers were super clean, and the employee who helped us with our spot was great!

We chose Luray RV resort based on previous reviews. I'm sure glad that we did! The grounds are immaculate, the shower/restroom facilities are spotless, and the owners made us feel welcome and at home. It's obvious that there is pride in ownership of such a special place. I would highly recommend this campground! It made our 1st time in Virginia a memorable one.
