Very neat & clean park. Says it's for big rigs, but it was pretty tight. We have a 45' motor home + tow, and we were worried we wouldn't make it through the park okay. We were not too happy with the nightly rate either. Folks on other reviews said they paid $35 & the RV park's website did not have rates posted. We paid $44 because they said their summer rates started on April 1st. It's a cute park, but not worth the rate, considering there is no pool or anything else to do there but walk around. We will keep on driving next trip through this area.

Love this park! Paved roads, large concrete pads with plenty of room. Great for a big rig with tow. Everything is clean, neat, staff is very friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this park twice (this year and last year) for a overnight stay while traveling along I-10. It has easy access on and off the interstate and the folks are very friendly. They show you to your RV pull-through site and always accommodate our 60' length (including tow) and 4-slide width. The views are nice with the trees and river, water pressure is great, hookups are easy, and the Wi-Fi is good. Our pull-through site had a clean grill and patio. What more could you want? We'd definitely stay here again when in the area!

There are a few shaded areas, but only for small RVs or 5th wheels. 50 amp sites are nice and roomy with good water pressure. Hard to justify the daily rate of $41.50 plus tax though, since there are no paved roads (very dusty), lots of sticker burrs, and a few barking dogs running loose at night. The Wi-Fi there does not work in any of the areas, believe me, I tried them all. After asking the ownership about it, they said the Wi-Fi is not included in the rate. Our Verizon MIFI was intermittent. There is a small indoor swimming pool and arcade, but beware of losing your quarters in the machines. We would stay there again, only because there isn't much choice around Carlsbad, NM, since the one in town (Pecos River RV Park) is booked most of the time and the KOA is too far out of town and charges $47/night. We stayed there in a motorhome.
