This was actually our second stay at this park about a week apart on our trip from Tucson to San Antonio and back. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even guided us to our site. Both sites were very level and just the right size for our 36' TT + tow vehicle. The on-site restaurant was quite good as well and even delivered our food to our camp site when we asked for a "to-go" plate. We'll stay here again for sure. Our rate reflects a discount coupon as the normal rate is $38.

This is a very nice RV Park with easy access and a lot of amenities. We stayed in a "back-in" site due to the lower cost than the pull-through spaces. It was still quite easy to position our 35' TT. The site was clean, level, and the cable connection offered 23 channels of satellite service. The salt water pool was the perfect temperature and was well kept. Our only complaint would be the leaking roof in the recreation center but, hey, it's AZ and it doesn't rain that often. Our rate reflects a Good Sam discount.

As the name implies, this is a "ranch" style park so, set your expectations accordingly. The staff was great and the check-in process was easy. The roads and RV sites are dirt but easily navigated. The site was fairly large and was level side-to-side with a bit of a slope front-to-back. The water pressure was great and didn't require a pressure regulator. The sewer connection was very good as well. Only a few sites had a table/chairs or picnic table. Pros: Beautiful setting on a large ranch with lots of trails to explore. Great staff. "Roughing-it" feel with the convenience of full hook-ups. Cons: Restrooms and showers are quite a distance from the RV sites. Wi-Fi is available but is intermittent, poor strength and is very slow. We prefer these types of parks over the resort style parks and will likely stay here again.

Great "city camping" style park with large clean sites. They even have curb-side garbage pick-up! We especially liked the large dog run area at the West side of the grounds. The two meals we had at the restaurant were very good and reasonably priced. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and fairly fast. We actually live in Tucson and stayed here as a "debugging" trip for our new TT. We would recommend this CG for anyone traveling to or through Tucson.

We absolutely love this CG and have stayed here several times. The sites, restroom and showers are always clean. We only wish they had sewer hook-ups at each site. The online reservation system is fantastic and allows you to see a picture of the specific site, the driveway length and type of hook-up. Be aware that many of the "back-in" sites are fairly short and may not accommodate a very large TT or 5'r and the tow vehicle. We prefer staying on the "East" campgrounds as they are a bit quieter. There is a nice store at the marina with a good stock of supplies. If they don't have it, the drive into town nice and easy.
