This is a very nice park check in was a breeze. It is under new ownership within the last year or so. The owners are very friendly, from Colorado and keep the place up nice. There was not a lot of full time residents when we visited. The campground is hilly with nice views, and they keep the sites pretty level (they are gravel). There is a lot of space between you and your neighbor. The water was great too! I would definitely come back.
Very nice park with a great location. sites are huge and perfect. The amenity's are top notch. The downfalls were... There are a ton of pine trees and other trees and they are very messy and were full of pollen on our visit. The constant blowers being fired up at 8 am every morning to blow off the tennis courts and the rest of the park. Basically blowing the pollen back into the air and all over your rig so keep those windows closed if you have allergies like me!
Beautiful park great accommodations. Service was a little iffy because of the language barrier. Most of workers and residents are French Canadians from Quebec. We didn't get a lot of information about the park or rules like you typically would. The spots are enormous and nice. The Wi-Fi only works by the clubhouse. We felt a little out of place because we don't speak French but other than than its a very nice place.
This is a great little park in a great location. Nice landscaping and well kept. The spaces are concrete and large. It is walking distance to everything in town. The beach is just steps away. It is about 15 min from Monterey CA. The management was very nice and accommodating. We loved it here and will be back for sure.
This is a nice park. It is 55+. I was in town on business. I am 40 something but they let me stay anyway which was nice. The pool clubhouse office area is very, very nice. The sites very plain no landscaping. They are good size, but could be a little more level. We stayed at the end of the snowbird season so there wasn't a lot going on. The staff was pretty nice, but there was an overall feeling that it might be little "clicky".
This park is expensive, but worth it in my book, at least compared to the other places in town. It is an owner park, but there is a lot of rental space. There are not a bunch fulltime residents; it is mostly snowbirds. The sites are huge. Most all of them are concrete and some have nice little casitas with an outdoor kitchen. The accommodations are very nice and everything was spotless. The management seems to be on the ball. The one thing that rather bugged me was they didn't have recycling. Sites in the green belt are the best.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry room was very clean as were the bathrooms. The sites are gravel but very long and pretty level. They have an indoor pool. The hotel is very cute and looks well kept. It was very peaceful and quiet when we stayed there. I have stayed here twice and will definitely come back.
