Exceptionally clean; all gravel, not the usual KOA dirt roads. Spacious sites, great view of distant mountains and sky.

For weekly motorhome sites 38-43 are more spacious. Large percentage of permanents. Average park but does not meet the standards of "Best Parks." Close to Padre Island. Friendly staff.

Very long pull-through sites for overnight parking with a tow. Restaurant on site. Relaxed pet friendly. East , out of town, of Ft. Stockton with "country" feeling. Would stay here again.

We paid for premium site overlooking lake. It was worth it. good park except for odor of the dog run. Location is close to tourist sights.

Extremely clean and pretty. Clean, spacious doggie run. Our site was unlevel. We could not use our Verizon service. Location is near the tourist sites yet out of the congestion of Sedona.

Clean, wide sites, good walking, biking paths. This park was good for us as seniors who prefer something quieter.

Wonderful spot for visiting Reagan Library! Wide sites. We faced pool, received satellite, enjoyed sitting out. Great staff. Pet hotel nearby.

Immaculate park with wide sites, pretty landscaping, and good hosts.

This park was basically dirty. The trash was not collected; the game room floor was just dark with dirt; the pool table was not working. There was very little mowing or trimming. The shuttle bus not working. It's like a once grand old house that has been neglected. The premium sites are ok but very expensive. We would not want to stay again.

This park had wonderful hosts and personnel; was clean; close to multiple activities; and had redwood trees right by our door. The unpaved roads create much dust.
