In the winter this place is wonderful! Quiet, clean, friendly staff (although not always too well informed). Great winter prices make it perfect as a home base to visit San Marcos, San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels! Winter weather very nice and sunny with low humidity 85% of the time (occasionally cool and windy). I was a snowbird and stayed 3 months :-) I have also stayed here in the summer (for a weekend) and it was a completely different situation! Noisy, smelly, roudy, over-crowded, expensive! Do go, you will love it, but only from Nov to Mar!

This is a huge, beautiful, clean park! It has everything you could imagine! Staff was very friendly too! I would have given it a 10 except they put me on a site in an outside row and it was NOISY all day/night with road traffic! Plus, it might go without saying, but, as with most RV parks in AZ, there are no shady sites to escape the heat.

This is my second time visiting this park. I stayed here 2 years ago and there have been many improvements. All the "ratty" old motorhomes are GONE!! It's much, much nicer everywhere in the park! I stayed 8 weeks and except for the Park Manager (a controlling and sometimes rude lady!) I didn't have any issues or problems at all. I enjoyed my visits all over the Bay area - this place very reasonably priced yet very centrally located to all the vacation activities I wanted! This park is probably 1/2 long-term residents and all of them I met/saw were friendly, quiet and willing to help answer questions about fun touristy things to do in the area. I will come here again next time I vacation in the San Francisco area :-)
