The mobile home portion part of the park is for 55+. The RV spaces are available to travelers or workers. I stayed here for 6 months while I worked at the copper mine in Morenci. They have about 15 spaces +/- available. The park is older, with small sites and aging concrete pads but is quiet, safe, and well kept. The husband and wife managers are great people. Bathroom and laundry facilities are clean, heated pool and spa available to tenants also. Overall I was pleased with the park. I looked at all the other parks in the area and I was glad I stayed here. I would definitely stay again.

What a great park! Staff is great. Grounds and location are awesome. Site's are spacious with a picnic table, concrete pad and grass all around. Right next to oak creek with great swimming holes and huge trees. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice park right off the highway. The staff is friendly and the grounds are spotless. Showers and restrooms are clean and the pool was great. I was surprised how uneven the spots were though. Not a big concern if you have levelers. Great place for short of long stays. We would stay again.

For short stays this park is OK. Staff is friendly, hookups are good, spots are spacious, good location easy in easy out. Double sites worked well for us , we had 2 trailers with plenty of room. I would agree with other posters that the surface is a little rough on the feet, wear good shoes and it’s fine. This park has the potential of being a great park with a little work and clean up. Would stay here again for a short stay.

Nice park in a good location close to the Verde river. Good location to visit Sedona or Jerome. When we arrived they were converting to the new online reservation system and we were able to get the last spot available. Overall a good place to stay.

We used their new online reservations for our trip and it worked great. System allows you to pick the spot you want (if reserving early enough). When we arrived, the camp host was here to greet us by name and was very friendly. This is a great park with paved roads and lots of room between sites. Camp ground is within walking distance of the caverns and is nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend this park if you are going to the caverns or not, as it is a great location to explore southern AZ. They have changed their 6:00pm gate policy to 10:00pm also. If you will be out later that 10:00pm you can get a gate key from the camp host with a $20 deposit.

This park is in a great location just north of Prescott. Located among the granite rocks with lots of shade trees. Staff is friendly and the grounds and facilities are clean. There are some full time residents but all of the spaces are kept clean. Roads and parking spots are dirt and it can be a little dusty if speed limits are not adhered to, or there are heavy winds, not a big worry though. Good water pressure, over air TV and cell coverage. WiFi at the office only. Overall we really like this clean and quiet park and will definitely stay here again.

Great park in the winter. We live in Phoenix and will camp here during the winter months for a weekend. The park is not crowded in the winter and is quiet. Sites are spacious and have a covered picinic table. Summer time can be crowded and loud with parties not to mention hot.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our visit. The park is very quiet. Most of the spots are not level and a few are tight, no big deal if you have blocks and are good at backing. The people next to us (what would be the driver side) had a very tight spot and only had about 10 feet out of their front door to our trailer. Great central location to visit the Canyon or Utah. Great cell coverage with Verizon. Make sure you fuel up before Jacob Lake, diesel was $3.28. It was over .20 cents cheaper in Fredonia or the Gap depending on which direction you come in. We will definitely stay here again.
