The website for this park was somewhat misleading. The 50 amp sites are in a large open area with only 3 trees. The sections had names of flowers, but I didn't see any even though it was springtime and the biggest attraction in the area is Calloway Gardens. (Which was breathtaking in spring bloom). The pool was closed when we were here and the staff said this was posted on facebook. Everyone is not on facebook! We asked about a massage and they said, "No one will come to the park, you have to go into town." This kind of ruins the effect of going into the steamroom or Jacuzzi before your massage and laying around the pool after.
The relaxing view was spectacular! The website said they rent boats but they don't. The staff gave us some names and we did find a place to rent a pontoon boat which made for a nice day. The fishing was good right from the shore of the campgrounds. My husband caught a whopper largemouth bass!
