Park is within 30 miles of home which is very nice for us. We stayed with our camping club for 4 nights. Area is quiet at night and is very spacious. Restrooms are very well kept up and clean. The issues we had were with the internet and the cable service. Absolutely no internet at the camp sites. We were not informed of this at check-in. Brought to the attention of the desk folks and they say it is an ongoing issue. This was no help. The cable was so bad we used our roof antenna. Until I know for sure they have addressed the internet issue, we will not be returning.
This is a beautiful campground, all concrete drives and sites are 80' long. We have stayed here several times and enjoy it as it is only about 50 minutes from where we live. This trip, it has been hot and we expected to use the swimming pool. It was open only 1 day. It had to be closed as it was cloudy and it appears that no one on property has been certified in pool maintenance. The management stated that several pools in this area have been closed due to the heat but we have found several pools still open with no issues. There is nothing to do in this area as we only come to enjoy the pool and relax. This trip was not as relaxing as the pool was closed. Also, the rates keep going up and if they continue to go up, we will no longer visit this campground. KOA nearby has more amenities and we may start staying there.
Park has gravel access roads and is very dusty/dirty. Wi-Fi advertised but does not work. Check in lady very rude and did not attempt to place our group of 27 RV's together. Empty spaces were not rented, empty RV left on one space and never set up. We will not return as this experience was not a good on. Weather was very good.
Great facility. We were guests for several days last week and really enjoyed our stay. Rained but still had fun. Facility is quiet, clean and provide many activities for folks staying for a short while. Entertainment on the weekends is great. They do need to provide more 'groceries' on-site as it is a long drive to a store for milk, bread and butter.
Went to ABC as part of the Cedar Creek 5th Anniversary of our club. Stayed 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay. The staff was terrific, location ideal, clean, safe, quiet and easily accessible. We have stayed here prior times and really do enjoy it and would recommend it for anyone traveling to Branson.
Very nice park, in a great location. It's very clean and attractive. Personnel were very nice. Very quiet park at night. Easy access in and out of all sites. Lots of trees in and around all sites. Oversized pool, supplied by a spring. Can be a little cool but very refreshing. Dumping services at your site available for a fee.
We had problems from the very start of our trip. When connected to power, the line was dead. Took several hours to get it fixed, we did not want to move. Power was intermittent the entire stay. We have 2 AC's and did not run 1 of them. Bath house was in terrible shape, although they said they were due to be redone in the next 2-4 weeks, but will not add AC. Wi-Fi never worked and they did not seem to care about it. For a group of over 30, we feel the rates (over $30) are way too high. Also, the rates to visit the cave and tour the downtown homes seems very high. We will not return to this park as there is a 1st class park in Monroe City.
