Campground is right outside of Lander, up on a hill, overlooking the city and beyond. The owners are very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The sites are close together, but with grass and trees separating them. The Wi-Fi is weak to non-existent on the edge of the of the property is my only suggestion, but the view is the best.
Beautiful National Forest Campground in Mt. Hood NF, 6 miles away from Bagby Hot Springs. The campground is one of multiple along the road through the park. Sites are spacious with lots of trees and plenty of room between sites. Lots of hiking and fishing nearby. Pit toilets are cleaned daily and a water spout for potable water is available.
Decent NF campground with narrow spaces, but lots of space between spots and all right next to the creek. Pit toilets, bear boxes, and that's about it. Many spots will need some leveling aid. Not a campground for large rigs.
