Campground is small and located well back from a lightly traveled highway in rural northwestern Vermont. The owners live on site and were helpful. Power, water and sewer were good.
Our site was level with plenty of room. Campground has lots of trees. The interior roads are dirt with gravel. Electrical power, water and sewer are good. The staff was very friendly.
Campground is very pretty and our site was level. Voltage was low at times. $15 for PA + electrical (PA sites are on meters and ours was $19.62 for 5 nights). Water and sewer were good. Verizon air card worked here. We used this as a home base to visit Niagara Falls (1 hour away).
Most sites are permanent. We were in a pull-through site that needed gravel badly. It rained most of the time we were here and the site became very muddy. No cable but TV reception was OK with antenna. Charged $5.95 for 24 hours of Wi-Fi then reception at site was weak. Verizon air card worked well. AC power was low. Golf carts are allowed so can be noisy. Water was good.
Stayed as Coast to Coast. CC directory showed cable but not available. Brown water. Staff stated it was well water and nothing could be done to correct. Club house is nice. Site was level.
