Park is clean and well maintained. All utilities and amenities worked great. Easy in and out and very big rig friendly. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The park is beautiful but the campground is the worst that we have experienced this year. We will probably never go back but if we did we would stay in one of the nearby private campgrounds.
This is a good campground. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We stayed in the new section with full hookups. The bathhouse was extremely clean. The park is beautiful and a nature lover's paradise. The negatives are the sites do not have many trees, not very private and the sand spurs are not pleasant for the dogs.
Overall the campground is very nice. There were several piers to fish and a nice bike path along the river. There are some great sites but ours was not one of them. The driveway was very steep and the turn very sharp. Many site had satellite access but ours was not one of them. Next time we will know which sites to choose.
This campground is great. The hosts are very friendly. One of the bests features is the beach (lake). The beach area was large and clean and the water was beautiful. The only negative was our neighbor who assumed that we enjoyed his loud country music. We would stay here more often if it wasn't so difficult to get a reservation.
This is a great park for families. The park is very clean and well maintained. However the sites are very close together. The campground has standard and premium sites, both with full hookups. The premium sites are worth the extra $4.00 per night as they are more spacious with better access. Some of the standard sites are very difficult to back into.
We spent the Memorial Day weekend here with family. The campground was great. Site are spacious and shaded. Don't count on a satellite signal but we didn't miss the TV. Be sure and bring plenty of ammunition for the bugs.
