A country, very quiet campground. This is not a destination campground for sightseeing the surrounding areas. There are other RV parks on the Outer Banks, but of course more money. About 40 minutes to Outer Banks and about 50 miles to Norfolk. Is a great place to come and relax, fish, and enjoy the outdoors. Staff and owners very friendly and helpful. Clean grounds; most sites face lake. Good hookups, good cable, and wifi. Nearest grocery store is about 20 miles.

A typical interstate campground. Easy on and off I 95. Road noise from interstate but tolerable. Gravel interior roads and sites. Shade trees so if using satellite tv be sure to advise when making reservations. Friendly staff. We stopped here due to a major rain storm. Staff good at advising where to go in case of severe weather. Lots of rain but still the sites were not flooded. Good level sites easy access for big rigs. Would use this campground again for an overnight stop.

Very nice campground. Good amenities excellent individual showers and restrooms. Nice quiet country atmosphere but still only about 10 miles from Cherry Grove public beach. Grocery store, post office, and fuel stations within a couple of miles. Wi-Fi good connection and fast. Good cell phone reception and satellite TV reception. Several over the antenna channels also available. Great walking path around the one mile lake. Definitely a nice place to come back to after the bustle and crowds in Myrtle Beach, which is about 15 miles away.

Nice campground dirt interior roads grassy shaded sites. Good hookups. No cable but good several channels over antenna. Maybe difficult for satellite reception due to trees. Great location close to old town and sights and beaches. Several restaurants both fast food and sit down nearby. Gas and diesel stations at exit off I 95. Big rigs can be tight but can be dine Grocery store about 5 miles. Outlet malls and camping world across from campground. Only downfall is laundry is a little expensive $2 per wash and $2 per dry. Would stay here again

Convenient to I-10. Some road noise but quite tolerable even when sitting outside. Friendly polite staff. Free coffee and pastries in the afternoon and free continental breakfast in morning. Escort to your site. Interior roads are dirt and dusty just go slow. Sites are grassy somewhat level. Good overnight stop.

A great park. We had planned only a few days and stayed two weeks. Friendly and helpful staff from checking in to help with local attractions and stores. Clean well maintained grounds and all facilities. Individual showers and restrooms. There are several buildings with restrooms and showers and laundry rooms conveniently placed through out the park. Interior roads and each site is paved. The location of the park is wonderful. Close to the beach and just about any store you would need. Only drawback to this park would be the location of the one dumpster. Would definitely come here again.

Easy access from freeway. Interior roads gravel but easy to negotiate. Pull through sites as well as back in sites are level and easy to park. Concrete pads for parking but grassy area outside of doors. Trees provide shade. Basic cable in some sites but must have digital cable box (Comcast). Satellite did not work due to trees, we used antenna and received about 7 local channels. No Wi-Fi in park. Good cell phone coverage. No road noise but there are trains and a race track nearby that is especially noisy on weekends. Some sort of sewer smell every evening .Stayed here 3 nights but would not stay much longer. Restaurants within walking distance.

Park is clean. Roads and sites are gravel. Sites are back to back which require backing in. For just overnighting it is inconvenient to unhook tow car. Good satellite and Verizon signal. Staff very friendly and helpful with directions. Restaurant on site. Good BBQ. Some road noise and trains.

Good overnight stop. Next to I-70; good access from freeway. You can hear highway noise. Gravel interior roads. Sites are gravel , wide enough for our 4 slides, and level. Clean park and restrooms. Friendly office staff and escort to our site. Would stay here again.

Park about 2 miles from interstate in farm land area. No highway noise very quiet. Gravel and grass sites. Level wide sites. No cable but satellite worked but be sure to ask for a clear site. Verizon signal good. Wi-Fi from camp not so good. Office is not always open which can be a problem if you have questions. When we arrived at least an hour after checkout time for guests the site we had been assigned still had someone in the space. We waited about 30 minutes for them to leave. Since no one was in the office we just had to wait. We used this as an overnight stop but we would probably choose somewhere else for just overnight that is more convenient. This park is on a lake so is a good weekend getaway.

Nice little park and convenient for an over night stay. Small park but clean sites. Shaded spots good utilities with cable. Free Wi-Fi but weak signal. Good Verizon signal. Friendly staff. Park is located behind motel and close to freeway. Freeway noise is not too loud. Would stay here again while traveling I-90. Rate reflects passport America cost.

Membership park. Excellent facilities. This is more of a resort than camping. Sites are back ins but level and shaded. Sites are on concrete pads with picnic tables. Lots of attractions in area but grocery stores and shopping are about 10 miles away. There is a small store and gas station on the property. Wi-Fi access is OK and good Verizon signal. Would camp here again.

Park close to attraction of Custer's Battleground. Clean park exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. About the last half mile into campground is gravel. Sites and interior roads are also gravel. Camp is on a hill, had to use blocks to level motor home. Stayed here overnight. Would probably not stay here again due to the gravel roads. To hard on tow car. But you want the "ranch" experience, this is for you.

This is an older park but maintained. Facilities are well used especially the laundry, but clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Sites are gravel and mostly level. No trees for shade. Close to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Stay here almost every year while visiting family.

Have stayed here several times as we make our way east. Every time the staff has been friendly and helpful with local information. Our stays have been from a couple if weeks to just one night stays. Every time has been pleasant. Clean park with lots of trees but have never had problems with our satellite. This time the road entering into park is under construction so it was very dusty but the staff let us rinse off our car. Would stay here again.

Nice clean park for an overnight. Close to freeway but noise minimal except on ramp traffic. Train noise but minimal. Newer landscaping so no shade. Clean sites and restrooms. Friendly staff. Good park for overnight stays.
