Easy route from I-95. Our site was a back in to the woods but had ample room on both sides with slides out and in back. The 50 amp sites were very big rig friendly. These sites also had 50'x6' of outdoor grass mats. Entire campground was kept clean throughout the day. Nice paved roads thought the campground. Close distance to all area resorts - Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, York, Oqunquit, Perkinds Cove. Within 3 miles of many family friendly restaurants. Would camp here again anytime.
Two year old campground that is very clean, easy in and out, and very big rig and pet friendly. Sites were easy pull thru with full hookups. Bathrooms and showers were done in gorgeous pine. Convenient campground to visit nearby New Hampshire areas.
Easy access off Route 4. Easy check in with staff assistance to your site. Big rig level sites with nice elbow room. Warm, family feel with tall pine trees. Would definitely stay here even for a week. Close to all towns and tourist areas.
Very big rig friendly. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bath facilities were large and clean. Pet friendly with lots of grass areas. Oceanfront sites were actually back in so you might find yourself rigging a long sewer or water line to pull in. We found pull-thru site 700 to be a much better view and not muddy when it rained. Would highly recommend this campground for its openness even though a few minutes further from Bar Harbor than other campgrounds.
Easy access from interstate and within minutes of Niagara Falls. Nice staff who were very helpful with change of sites and setting us up on a bus tour. Half the campground has nice paved roads. Great campground for children with nice heated pool and bounce mountain. Big rigs should definitely request the "deluxe" sites. Our first site could not fit us with 4 open slides. Traffic from the interstate could be bothersome for some when in a site 1-3 rows from highway. Would definitely camp here again if visiting the falls even though it was pricey.
Easy access off major interstate but very confusing entrance which can cause an issue with a big rig towing a vehicle. Paved interior roads but some narrow and curvy for big rigs. You should unhook your tow vehicle and check your site out before driving your rig in. We were given directions to our pull-thru site which was impossible to make a turn into. We had to back out the narrow curvy street - have other campers move their vehicle and children's toys and go down the next street and back into our site. Best sites for big rigs are those on the first street that had level paved sites and more elbow room. Also make sure to request any discounts.
Newer campground with full amenities. We had no problem getting our big rig in the campground or in the site. The staff were extremely helpful. Lots of open grass area for pets at entrance to the park. One negative would be the amount of dust since none of the roads were paved. Pets were not allowed on the small beach, but we did not see that rule enforced. Would go back again for a one night stop.
Big rig friendly. Easy in and out. Camp staff were very helpful. Sites were level and had enough elbow room to your neighbor. Note that weekend before Labor Day the town and campground activities were all but non-existent.
