We stayed at this park for 4 months mainly because they did have a place for us to park our enclosed trailer. Rate is based on a monthly rate. Electric was additional per month and cost us anywhere from $85 to $180. Sometimes we felt electric wasn't read correctly. WiFi when it worked, was great. Has 1 women's and 1 men's restroom which included a very large shower. Always appeared clean. Manager is friendly but not on site much, as he and his wife drive school buses. There is no dog park but is dog friendly. For the most part, pets were picked up after by their owners. A little sprucing up could make this a great little park. We would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed at this park enroute to Houston. Pull through site was great since we were pulling an enclosed trailer. We decided while here to have some minor work done. Staff was friendly and was able to recommend some great eating places in Sanger. Seemed to be quite a few perm residents, but sites were kept clean and orderly. We would stay here again.

We were here for 2 months and had to leave early due to a family emergency. Everything with the facility was nice. We did eat at Mark's Grill and it was very good. Even though pets were allowed, there is no dog park and not really anywhere for the dogs to do their business. We did experience bad winds for a few days: approximately 70mph. Electric was extra but didn't seem to be unreasonable. Our site included a nice propane bbq grill and a tiki table. If in the area would stay again but would probably look at something closer to town.

We've been here since January and it has been a very pleasant experience. Clean showers, restrooms, pool, hot tub, fitness center, club house. Clean everything!! Nice staff who go out of their way to handle any situation. We've just learned of a special 3 month rate beginning October first, that will save us almost $450 over the 3 months. Lower monthly rate includes cable and electric!!!! We were so excited we paid the deposit and reserved our spot. Call today and see how you can save too!
