The pictures are very deceiving. The sites are very close together. The park is about 50 yards away from a very busy highway, with semi-trucks going by constantly. There is not much room for the kids to play. It basically looks like they made a pull off area off the highway into a small RV park. Would not stay here again.

This is a really nice Park, walking distance to the quaint town of Fort Langley with wonderful restaurants and shops. The campground was clean with nice picnic tables and most of the sites are a good size with privacy. There are beautiful walking/biking trails along the river. The WI-FI worked great and we got over 50 cable TV channels. The pool is very small with lots of kids and it closes on Labor Day weekend, it would be nice if it stayed open longer in the Season. We would definitely stay here again.

The sites in this Park are ridiculously crammed together, we were in a small Class C and our neighbors were only 10 feet away, there is absolutely no privacy at all. No one has room to park their vehicle in their site so they are parked all over the roads which makes it difficult for big RV's to park or even drive down the roads. They don't clean the sites when people leave, we had gum stuck under our picnic table, beer caps, cigarette butts. There is absolutely no security, vehicles are driving through the campground all hours of the night. There are loud parties going late into the evening, this place is out of control. The roads are not paved so it's very dusty. We camp a lot and this has got to be the worst Park we've stayed in. They charge $1.00 for a 5 minute shower. For the price they're charging, B.C. must be desperate for campgrounds if people want to stay here.

This RV Park needs a lot of work. The electric box was falling down, the water connection was leaking and the grounds were unkempt. The showers were clean but they didn't have any hooks so you had no place to hang your clothes and towel. I phoned a week ahead and made reservations for a pull through site and we were put in a spot that was uneven, totally surrounded by other Rvers, very close together. A gentlemen came in behind me and said he didn't have a site reserved and we noticed he was in a nicer spot, lots of room and no other RV around him, so it doesn't pay to reserve. Unfortunately, there are no other RV Parks in this area so we're pretty much forced to stay here on our way home.
