Rate quoted is weekly rate Really well manicured park, clean, quiet and the owners are very friendly. Very nice pool. Good Laundry facilities. Nice store. Close to I-81 but no traffic noise. Fun activities on the weekends. Also close to stores and restaurants but still in the country. Great Park and lots of room for Big Rigs.

Very nice park and super family friendly. Lots going on for the kids and the owners keep the grounds, pool, sites very clean. Very nice store with most things you might need including RV parts. The bathrooms and showers were under high use the past weekend so could have been cleaner. But not bad. The pool is beautiful and large and they also have a great pavilion and lots of room for groups including tents. Price quoted is Passport America.

This park is not worth the charge. The $43 includes Good Sam discount. Sites are extremely tight and even the "Big Rig" full service sites are very tricky to maneuver. The cable TV is not good. The 50 amp electric is iffy. The grounds are spotlessly clean with a river nearby that kids innertube in. The pool looks lovely even though we did not go into it. There are a lot of things for kids to do including nightly PG rated movies and other activities on the weekend. Mini Golf. We would not stay here again.

This is an OK stop for a few nights but not a destination. Price is Passport America and we met other RVrs in the park who were members of its club affiliate. All shady spots and the electric was very good. Sites were a bit unkempt but not too bad. Pool was dirty I would not use it. Looked in the bathrooms and they were "iffy". Nice pond walk nearby and close to a few restaurants and convenience stores/gas stations. KOA up the road was a lot more expensive, this is your best buy in this area.

This park is ok for an overnight but nothing more. Cave tour right on site but we did not go. There is no RV Store, no restaurant, etc. Tired park with many older long term units. Good electric, friendly staff. A little high priced for the amenities. Should be around $24-$26.

This is a very nice park clean and up to KOA standards. The sites were not too close together which was a nice surprise as we find a lot of KOA's are way too crowded. The BIG RIG PULL through sites are all in the sun, though, but the park is paved and has a nice pool and a big jumping pillow and mini golf course as fun additions. Big bonuses are Gas / Diesel station, convenience store, sub shop and RV repair shop right on site. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negatives we can give is that the price is way too high for the location and there were no activities while we were there.

Nice park for an overnight or a few days. All dirt roads, grass sites were very close together and even though the park was not full we were put right next to another unit. 50 Amp electric was good. Easy in/out. Fee rate is Passport America.
