Stayed here this past winter. Managers are very friendly and helpful. The park has various potlucks, cookouts, and ATV rides during the month. Paid $230 plus elec per month. They have propane sales on site and will pick up and deliver your bottle at your campsite. We are planning on spending a few months here next winter, also.
We stayed at this park for 3 nights and it was a nice facility. The only drawback was door to door parking for any larger unit. The sites were much too small to this type of parking, in fact you could reach out and touch the next camper it was so tight. The roads in and out were wide which made for easy in and out.
We needed to stop at this RV park for 2 nights and won't go back. There were no sewer hookups at any site, only a centrally located dump station that was difficult to use. In fact if someone was already dumping there was no way to get in line if you were parked in the wrong isle of the campground. We decided to push on with full tanks. Areas for pet walking were mostly muddy with patches of grass or weeds. The people who run the facility were very friendly but the price was out of line for what you received. Wi-Fi was so expensive it made no sense to use it. All in all, the cost was my biggest complaint.
This is a new RV park and everything was excellent. Sites were large, some even had door to door camping if you're traveling with another family. The restrooms and showers are to die for. This was a fantastic experience and we will stay there again when in the area.
