Fruita, Colorado James M. Robb-Colorado River State Park (Fruita Section)

This is a state park with a nice layout. Check in people were not friendly or helpful, but they got the job done. Park is right on Colorado River in the town of Fruita (home of the famous headless chicken--don't ask). There are some shaded sites. Satellite TV was good. MIFI was good.

Rate is Passport America. A little further out of town, but well maintained, quiet, and friendly.
Memphis, Tennessee Graceland RV Park & Campground

Excellent park. It is within walking distance to all Elvis stuff. Shopping is within 3 miles. All the tour places and restaurants that do shuttle service came to the campground. Staff was very helpful.
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Rockwell RV Park

Place is parking lot type. It is easy on & off. The office staff is nice. It is close to town, shopping, & attractions.
Kissimmee, Florida Sherwood Forest RV Resort

Older park with mainly seasonals, but well maintained, convenient and less expensive than most in the Disney Area. Easy in and out. Quiet. Nice people.

Perfect site off I-95, for a one night stop or longer if you plan to explore the area.
