I know every KOA in the country is by a railroad track, freeway or both but this is ridiculous!!! Who put together the plot plan for this mess??? None of the fixtures are even close to convenient or even traditional locations. The slabs and tables are clear on the other side of where they should be and surrounding by the other sites fixtures, to hook up electric I had to run my cord further than I have ever had to before and stay centered in a slot that was suppose to fit a 38' M/H. The front and rear are sticking out on either side. I did not even try to hook up sewer and water. We came in here without our leveling jacks working and asked for a level pad. I am leaning at least 5 degrees to the driver's side. I thought Rock Springs, WY KOA was bad, unbelievable! And charged $40 for this sorry parking space to boot! The whole place is dirt and gravel and the road between the spaces is a mud trucker's dream! Very, Very Poor! Denny's is close as stated by others, but considering the quality of the food, so what.

There is absolutely NO shade here. The sites are medium tight, the hook ups are very, very poorly placed and the sites are in no way level. This is actually the second time I stayed here and the first site a week earlier, even though not level, was better than this one. I extended my front leveling rams as far as they would go, leaving the rear alone and I was still at least several inches off level front to rear. It is all white dirt and 1/2" to 1" gravel. Thankfully I was just using it as a one night stay over. I will be looking elsewhere next trip to the Yellowstone.

I have stayed here in the past with a 25' 5th wheel and even though the rates were a bit high and the sites very tight, it has always been a good experience. This time I stayed in a 37' Bounder and selected a "Super" sight with the understanding it had all the amenities included. I went back and checked the online reservation and this is still my understanding when paying for a "Super" site. It wasn't until I was completely set up that I found I had the "only" "Super" site without a cable connection. I still paid the same amount as any other "Super" site and it was at least 6 inches off level from front to rear, it rained and my site became a lake with two streams running into the pool that was right in front of my door. It is a nice park, it has nice people managing it, but I will be going elsewhere from now on.
