Staff was very friendly. Park was clean. Like the golf course setting. The pads, although concrete are too narrow and the hook-up pedestals for what is supposed to be pull-through pads are too far back to keep your tow hooked up. There is grass on each side which is nice, however, the pad is so narrow that walking down the side of your site puts you on the grass and in the winter its muddy. The large yellow boulders on each side of each pad are unsightly and make it extremely difficult to get in, especially if there is an occupant behind the site making it impossible to swing wide with a large motor home and with a tow.
This was our second stay at this park. We stop here as a mid-way point. The pads are concrete and wide and plenty of room on the pull-through's not to have to unhook your tow vehicle. The staff was, and still is very friendly and the park was and still is as clean the second time around as the first. The streets are also wide for easy in and out access. Easy access from the Freeway also. It was a pleasant stop over again.
Stayed here one night-passing through. This park is different, more a camping on the grass style park. You have to travel through town to get here, narrow streets; then through an orchard. If for a one night stop, out of the way from Freeway. Has fire rings and the grounds are mostly grass, but peaceful when we were here. The river had filled, but got the impression it isn't all the time. There is a golf course next door, but didn't have time to play. Nice staff.
This RV park is new. It is small, but very nice. Very clean. Nice employees and efficient. Gated park. Great pull through sites, even for large RV. Easy to get to from freeway. Next to residential area with golf course. New part of City. A definite stop on the way to Northern CA.
New. Very nice. Large pull throughs, wide streets and lots of grass. Great walking path. We had Lot 57. No one next door. Great view. We were here in March. Summer might be a different story because the trees haven't grown yet. Nice breeze. Nice employees. Very clean. Regular transportation to the Casino. Would return at any time to this RV Park.
Nice clean park. We were in a space that backed up to the trees, just below the office. WiFi was good. It was the weekend and there were lots of kids. For the back-in spaces, the street was a little narrow for a big rig, but manageable. The lots are not paved or concrete, but wide. The park has fire rings and sells wood which was great. The pool area was very nice and all amenities were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice view of the ocean in the distance and great location to visit Santa Barbara and ElCapitan Beach.
This was a campground. As long as you know that it is what it is, you won't be disappointed. We had a larger pull through spot, that was all dirt. Getting to the spot was tight. There were lots of trees which is good for shade, but makes it difficult to get to the spot. The turns in the road to get to the spot were somewhat tight. We only stayed one night, so we can only rate by first impression. It was a good location to see that specific area, but the area didn't hold much interest for us. The campground was very quiet and we enjoyed the fire ring. The staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the best highway to get here by motorhome was Highway 20 and it was long, winding and narrow. The campground, nor the City, was worth the drive for us. We would not go back.
This is a very new park, but very nice and will be nicer when the trees get bigger. We were escorted to our site and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The site was the largest we have seen with large grass areas in between. The streets were very wide and great for large motor homes. The facility was very clean and the park had a nice view of the surrounding hills. I would give this park a 10, except for one negative item. The train was very noisy and went through in the middle of the night. There was some highway noise, but the train was loud. We would go back to this park though, it was exceptionally nice.
Good park. Good location to visit wineries and sites. We booked a premier spot and were told we were not on the bluff, but we had a good view from where we booked, however, that was not the case, we had no view, although it was a nice spot. Not much shade in this park. Some highway noise. Small pool, but very clean facility. We would go back, however, for a view, would locate on the bluff.
