Nice park for a short stay or even longer. Price is great since you only pay for what you need. We were able to get satellite and local TV. Most stations here in HD. Did not have to pay for extra vehicle. Sites are not completely level but not a big issue. The owners of this park are very helpful and easy to work with. Only complaint we have is that some of the long term residents are not very friendly and some of their units are less than desirable to look at. We are not staying to visit these folks so as long as they behaved, we are alright with being here and feel safe. Many of the transient folks we have met were very nice. We will stay here again in the future as we come thru here and have friends in the area.

As another reviewer stated, this campground is far from being a resort. Trees are indeed a hazard as one limb about 2 inches in diameter came down on me as I was opening the door to my unit. Maintenance man trying to fix an electrical problem at another site (that's another story) accidentally switched off my main power switch as both A/Cs and the frig was running and then switched back on TWICE before I found out where to find him. Luckily no damage to A/Cs but had a problem with frig since. Park made no attempt to remedy. This problem fried the next door neighbor's electrical system and several other components and to no one's surprise Park made no attempt to remunerate the owner. Owner says the unit was "old". Seems they are either having money issues or their just cheap. Park help was good for the most part but no real amenities that would be of note. Don't swim in the pool. It's disgusting. Bath house area is also not up to par. This park needs a lot of help to be noted as a 4 star rating.
