This was our third time at this location, but the first time in October. The main section with the full hook-ups is kept green, but don't waste your money on river views because there isn't one unless you sit up high in your coach. You get lots of dirt and wind and kids in your space stirring up the dirt with their bikes. No septic there so you pay more for the river view and then the honey wagon. Our view was of the dumpsters. Racoons are a big problem and anything left out is torn to shreds. They were training new check in staff but not watching them very closely and it took forever to check in. Felt like we spent way to much money for what we got and the dirt that has. Infiltrated into the RV was not worth it.

Nice and helpful staff and the newer section is clean. We stayed one night, but were placed up against a fence in a tight spot. On the other side of the fence was a used car dealership and a Wendy's. The lights from them were like camping on a main street. If you are in a jam and need a place to stay for one night it would be OK, but it is not a place to spend anytime. The sites are very narrow and the exit is tight through a strip mall. Price does not equal value.

Nice park in a pretty setting. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food is good in little cafe. Sites were decent size and trees were mature. A little weed whacking is in order, but tolerable. Laundry is cheap and efficient. Not close to anything so stock up first. The sound of crickets and frogs at night lull you to sleep. Would stay here again. Best sites are on the far side of the pond.

Made reservations three months prior to stay and there was no mention that site selected would be on top of the freeway. They said they were totally booked. But half the sites were empty and they would not move us. Site was full of leaves and sticks so had to sweep it ourselves. Table was dirty and sticky. Another thing you have to do yourself. Lawn had not been mowed in some time. Would have left but had a commitment in town. This could be a nice place, but they are not customer friendly or thinking of quality services. For this price I would have expected better. The noise from the freeway is terrible of the east side of park.

All I can say is WOW!!!! This is a beautiful placed where you don't want to leave. We had a view of the river in a nice wide space with grass and a cement patio. All spaces were nicely spaced and landscaped. The staff was very helpful. Don't let the street that you have to go down be discouraging. There is a car wrecking business where you turn, but you soon find yourself in the best park we have ever been in. They even pick up your trash at your site. Loved it.

This is a newer, clean park, with very small trees, but with great pull through sites. Small strips of grass in between each site and nice tables. Staff was great. The two negatives would be that they put rigs right next to each other even though they had lots of other open spaces, and for a new park they have a lot of full timers already. This is not a place to put out your stuff and make yourself at home. It is a sleek and almost stark RV park. Laundry room was nice.

Rate was weekly. This is a nice park with large strips of grass between rigs. Adult only, so it was very quiet. Lots of long term renters but they kept to themselves. Laundry was small but efficient. Would have rated them higher but they watered the lawns and your rig We have a new rig with black sides and the water spots will need to be detailed out since the water is so hard here. No notice give on watering so no opportunity to dry the RV immediately. This was just uncalled for and thoughtless.
