Very nice KOA. Very roomy, large, family oriented, close to Yellowstone National Park. The biggest negative is very FEW sites have cable and the wifi is lacking big time. If you have no children and want to spend the evening watching a little TV or checking email, you are pretty much out of luck. Just make your reservations in advance and ask for cable and a site away from I 20. All in all, it was a great KOA.
Very nice staff. Campground was clean with fantastic cottonwood trees. It was a great place to spend the night on our RV trip. Only negative was the way the sites were set up with your door facing another door. We had some bad luck with the wind on our way and had roof damage and awning damage on our motor home. The owners recommended a local guy named Dave who came right out and looked at the damage and came back on Sunday morning and repaired it. Excellent job and I would highly recommend this KOA.
Campground is off of I 90. A "resort" it is not. It is nice enough, on lake, gravel campsites - dusty. It is not very pet friendly. Yes, it allows pets but there are so many signs that say do not allow pets on grass. There is ONE pet area, outside of the campground, have to walk out of the gates. Try making your dog do his business in weeds, gravel and the nasty smell of one small area. I tried. I felt like someone was watching me if I let him do his business in the grass. If you have children, this might be the campground for you but not pets.
