We spent four nights here and really liked it. Nicely maintained campground (impeccably clean washrooms). It was very obvious that lots of energy has gone into building this relatively new campground. In a few more years when some of the trees mature and provide shade, this will be high on our list of recommended campgrounds in the area. Only knocks would be very poor Wi-Fi and I wished they would have used a finer aggregate for the campsites.
A little disappointed with this one. First off one of the two roads heading in were very bumpy, so much so that we had to slow down to a snail's pace. The campground itself was quite nice as far as layout and general appeal. The site we had (and saw many others this way) was not very good. It was hard to back into (unless you're good at backing in a "s" pattern) and it was too narrow. Could not open our awning more than three feet. There was a fire pit and picnic table behind a barrier at the rear of the site though. If I ever return to Jasper I will not stay here again.
Found this one on our way through and were happy with it. Although there was no separation between sites, they were large enough with well maintained grass through out. The playground, however, was very sad (disappointed the kids). Hostess was very pleasant as well and the entire campground appeared very well maintained even though it was very busy.
Somewhat impressed with this campground. We stayed two nights on our way to Jasper and were very happy. Nice, large, shaded sites, large playground for the kids, and a very pleasant hostess. If I had to knock it, there would be two things; although the washrooms were very clean, they could use an update. If they had sewer hookups, I would have rated higher.
