One of the best parks we've camped at. Campground runs between two streams and if you can get a spot along the stream, it's really nice. You can hear the running water. We had a pull in site, so out our front window was an open, wooded area and stream. Park is peaceful and quiet, and had a gated dog area with trees for shade. There are no bathrooms or showers here so you have to have your own facilities. With full hookups this is not a problem. Access from 441/321 is no problem and there is unlimited things to do in the area. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville are all within 10-15 miles. Smokey Mountain National Park nearby, scenic roads, Cades Cove, and hiking trails.
We enjoyed this campground, simple, quiet and very nice owners. Access is a narrow road but we were able to get in with a 38 ft RV and a tow car. Site had 50 amp & sewer and was relatively level. Park has a nice setting with a stream. Easy access to Murphy and several scenic byways, Hiwassee Lake, Dragons Tail, Nantahala Gorge
