Great park!! Level concrete pads. Paved interior roads.Fire rings for the ones who must burn. Wonderful bath house, with tiled individual showers.Friendly and fast front desk staff. Sister hotel property across the street will allow you to use their lazy river ride and indoor pool. The outdoor pool at the RV resort is clean and the five year old really enjoyed the added water attractions. Trash pick-up from the curb of your site. Shade trees have been planted and landscaping is coming along nicely. They even have some camping supplies in the clubhouse for purchase in case you forgot anything.Resort on the Trolley route. WIFI worked great.Cable worked great. Nice quiet atmosphere. We stayed toward the back away from any possible road noise. This is our second stay and it was nicer than the first. The "barking dog" problem at the residential area behind the resort has quieted down. This is our place of choice for the Pigeon Forge area.

Continues to be our favorite in the Myrtle Beach area. We like rules. No fireworks for our sadly neurotic dog.Pet and kid friendly. No golf carts driven by underage drivers.Enforced quiet time and security for the family. Arcade, lazy river, indoor/outdoor pool, and planned activities for the five year old made our week pass by way too quickly. The bathhouses were cleaned twice a day and kept well stocked.Showers in the old ones did back up with standing water.Had to pirate wifi signal, otherwise would have been $30 for the week.Site mostly level after blocks placed. Office staff more friendly this year. Fast and easy check-in. Great having a well stocked camp store , snack bar and restaurant on site. Supercenter less than a mile away in case you forgot anything.

A great campground with huge sites that were level and had concrete pads. Paved interior roads were great for the bikes. Clubhouse with laundry is attached to swimming pool. The Wifi worked great. Some units may require extra sewer hose. All hookups at the very back of each site. We saw some big rigs that did not have an adequate amount. We used the Indoor pool next door at the "sister" hotel. We read that we could do this in prior reviews. The front desk personnel did not volunteer any information until asked. Trash pick-up is provided each morning. There are just a couple of things to add to reach the elite 10/10 mark. A playground for kids, a dog walk, basketball goal, and some planned activities during the peak stay times would be my picks. They are doing an excellent job for a just opened resort.

Continues to be a great family campground. Quiet and spacious sites. Plenty of room to ride bikes and play in the river. Many easy hiking trails accessible. No hook-ups available. No cell phone service. No showers in restrooms. No problems. No fireworks for anxious dogs. Emergency number for park service available. I had a death in my family and they could not have been more accommodating. One of the most restful campgrounds ever.

Continues to be a great campground. The five year old and dog love it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of activities to keep the kids from getting bored. The pool and bathrooms were very clean. Wi-Fi works most of the time. Intermittent cell phone service. Can be noisy, but quiet time strictly enforced. We have stayed here at least five times. It does have a few quirks. It can be expensive, the interior roads need to be paved, and the smoke from the numerous campfires five feet from your front door can be suffocating.

Small but very nice campground with very friendly and efficient staff.(even let us borrow instead of buy an adapter). Staff seemed to be working every day we were there on some type of maintenance or improvement and it was obvious that they took pride in what they did. The campground is somewhat remote, but is within easy driving distance of many things to do. We used a very nice and new concrete pull-thru site. Would camp here again. Pool area closed due to winter weather, but looked nice and well kept. Bathrooms were spotless!!! Basketball goal and small playground nice additions. Keep up the good work

Looked great, got great reviews in the "big" books, and we wanted to stay. We checked in and payed in full. Everything was great until we started to set up camp. We have a "hybrid" travel trailer and one small dog. Pets are supposed to be welcomed, but we were told pets and rigs with any type of canvas are not welcome. No exceptions, no crate, no anything, get out in no uncertain terms. Never have we had this problem at any campground. We were very disappointed.

Primitive if you are used to resort class campgrounds, but lots of peace and quiet. Plenty of room for the kids to ride bikes and play in the river. Great area to commute to hiking trails, Gatlinburg, and Cades Cove. Sites clean and wide. Can be a little noisy if you are next to a generator site, but they still have certain hours of operation. Have pay phones for use, since no cell phone service is available. Store has plenty of firewood and supplies available if needed. Campground hosts accessible and very knowledgable. A peaceful place to relax and look for firefly sitings.

Stayed in May after our family beach trip was canceled. Great place! Staff friendly and very helpful. Sites fairly wide, well maintained, and clean. Game room, playground, hot tub, and heated pool in spring made it a very enjoyable stay. Paved roads enabled the little one to ride his bike safely. Only one bad item our wifi did not work for most of the week. Very quiet until the weekend. Expect very high traffic, some noise and every site filled. Close to everything. Great walking trails and Patriot Park next door.

Our second time staying here, and it was just as great!!! Pull through site the first time was very easy to negotiate. Back-in riverside site the second time a little more tricky due to the sites across the road, but still negotiable. Great "beach" area along the river for playing with the kids and the dog. Pool and bathrooms very clean. Staff friendly and open to any questions. Sites clean, well maintained, and fairly big. Summer activities for kids {outdoor movies, hay rides}. Great playground with new and updated equipment. Gravel drives around campground, but the community has a long bike path that makes up for it. Gameroom also great addition. Camp store was nice for forgotten supplies. Overall great place!!!
