Nice sites, well treed with good views. Almost level sites. Road to park is full of potholes. City owned with too many rules. Monthly rates include paying two months in advance for each of the first two months. Golfing and fishing nearby make this park very popular in summer.

What was a nice RV park, has now gone to seed. Former manager quit and the water slide has been torn down. Due to lack of RV sites in the Penticton area, park is crowded with full timers. Phone calls checking for availability are ignored and sites very small. Rate increases in July and August are over the top. Stay elsewhere if possible.
