We had stayed here every year since 2003, except for last year, and found the park has definitely gone down hill since 2007. The grounds have not been kept up and some of the long term residents have pretty run down units with junk all around their site. The Wi-Fi was very slow, painful to use. On a positive note: the staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was good and the main reception area and clubhouse were very nice.
We sayed here last year and again this year and found the site very nice. The grass was green and lush and the landscaping was good. Staff is friendly and helpful and kept the washrooms clean. The only complaint really was the TV service was bad: very few stations and half were shopping channels. Could not get any sports channels. Our $25 cost was based on a weekly rate.
We are Holiday Trails members and stay at this park often. It is under new management this year and has improved greatly. Pull-through sites are very big but unfortunately don't have any grass, but do have firepits. The pool is fantastic and the washrooms are very nicely kept. They also have a great area to exercise your dog and always have something going on like July 4th parades, movie nights, etc.
