Rate includes 3 kids: $4 extra per day per kid. We stayed at 5 KOA's this trip and this was the most expensive. We arrived on a Sunday and this place was crazy busy. Cars everywhere and no where for us to park so we could register. I don't think I would have enjoyed the weekend here as so many people. Not just campers but the waterslide is open to the public so makes for chaos. Laundry facilities are old but clean. Restrooms were not clean on Sunday but better on Monday. Pool is nice and included in price, all other activities have an extra cost. Very little grass so very dusty and dirty but nice pine trees everywhere. Request a site away from the road due to noise.
We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and my review is mixed. I like the proximity to RMNP, campground sides to river, pool, easy access to store and a few restaurants. Disappointed with our last stay and will probably try somewhere else next time. Very busy weekend and staff exceptionally grumpy about everything. Trash overflowing everywhere. Pool was very cold the first day and rather dirty the second day. Sites are very tight and roads are dusty. I did not have a pet but the staff was constantly yelling at families about their pets. Just not as friendly as I remember.
We liked the location of the park - we could walk downtown for dinner and shopping. Very dusty, narrow spaces, and dirty pool made me give it a 6. The staff was efficient but not friendly. We will probably look elsewhere next time we are in Moab. With 3 kids, sales tax and hotel tax our rate was $60.67 per night.
I loved this place: so clean and beautiful. Sites were concrete, very level pull-through for us. Staff was friendly and available at all times. Great store, clean pool, activities were so great. Easy access to Zion. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was the pay showers. Thought that was odd for such a nice place. Every morning there was a long line for showers and one morning there was a fight over washing machines as I waited for the shower. Bathrooms, showers and laundry seems to be in short supply for such an amazing facility. My Verizon cell worked and Wi-Fi did too.
Very nice staff, bathrooms older but very clean and well maintained, our site had shade and very level, Wi-Fi was slow but overall we were very pleased with our stay. The $35 was our total cost including kids and taxes. Easy overnight place to stay off of I-70 on our way to Zion.
Very clean, nice staff, escorted to our spot, level, full hook-ups, clean pool, close to highway so we heard sirens one night, easy drive to Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. We were happy and would stay here again. Price includes 50 amp and 3 kids.
