This is one of the cleanest RV Parks I have ever used. If you want a huge RV Park with a multitude of organized activities, this is not your park. If you want a park that has excellent access to an interstate, all the facilities you need and are very well maintained and cleaned, and you want a caring and professional staff then this is your park. This park is excellent for visiting Pensacola, yet is out of the way. Although the park is small, it has wide sites and the waterfront locations are worth it. I don't usually give such high marks, but they earned it. We stayed here 2 weeks and will definitely come again.
The only use of this park is for overnight. It is one of the most crowded parks I have visited. Although the entire area is asphalt, there are several deep potholes and needless speed bumps. The facilities are minimal, but adequate. It is indeed mostly a mobile home park and the majority of RV campers were contractors. The sites are so short that all towed vehicles and trucks are parked in the main road, which made it very difficult to navigate when spotting your trailer. It was built on the side of a hill so the sites are the most unlevel I have experienced. I will not stay here again.
Riverside RV is located well within the city. Bartlesville is an excellent town to visit, due to the history of Phillips Petroleum, the early petroleum wildcat influence and Woolarock Museum and Lodge. Riverside RV may lack a little in the completeness of facilities, but the cleanliness and especially the professionalism and friendliness of the owners are incomparable. I have never experienced a stronger and faster Wi-Fi signal anywhere. The owners spared no expense in this capability. Although the campground can be a little muddy during a heavy rain, the owners continue to add fresh gravel where needed. I would stay here again.
This county park is very nice. The walking and biking trails are a highlight. The showers were clean with good water pressure, but the facilities were average. I would rate it higher, but our site #11 was far from level, the utilities were on the wrong side, and the site water pressure was the worst I have experienced. To be fair, this poor site was the only one available during a busy, peak season and most other sites looked good.
