The sign posted on the main road listing all services this park provides is somewhat misleading. Yes, there is a laundry IF one is there before 3 p.m. when the last load is allowed to be started; there is a pool, but it was empty when we arrived; Internet is available IF one arrives before the office closes at 5 p.m., which closed the day we arrived before the posted time. We were charged more than the price posted on the door, which was not honored when my husband pointed it out (but at least they did take the sign down). The current rate is $30.06 with tax (we were told on the phone when we called to check rates on the day we arrived that the rate was $40, but that wasn't given to us until we told them where we were at the time we called). It is also unfortunate that long term guests are allowed to stay in a prime site, which blocks the view to some extent for other guests.
Many, many full time RV's here, but if you can get one of the few sites on the water it's a fairly ok park. They don't seem to enforce their rules though- dogs running around off leash, etc. The first night they gave us a site with a funky sewer hook up that my husband had to repair. We told them about the problem, but when we returned 2 days later the next person in that site had to engineer a solution too. The second night we stayed we took a site with only electric and water so we could be close to the water, but it was the same price as sites with full hook ups. The neighborhood around the park is not great.
I agree with one of the other reviews- go somewhere else. It is very loud here with trash/junk scattered around other sites. The woman at the desk seems to put people in the sites closest to the freeway with obstructed views even though there were better sites available.
